An impromptu late morning visit to the Viaduct, with coffee and maybe a nibble in mind. Decided to venture in and decided to have a lovely brunch. Very good service, excellent food & great company

The kingfish ceviche is worth your time as is the vanilla poached salmon. If the southern oysters are in season they are not to be missed. Solid wine list and great staff. Cool venue, not a romantic restaurant but a good foodie location.

After having spent a six week business trip to Auckland I was able to try just about every restaurant. This is the best in Auckland. Best on the menu will be the Market Fish of the Day especially the John Dory.

A nice restaurant right on the waterfront, so a nice spot. Waiters very friendly and professional. We could see the cooks preparing the food. Food was very good and the waiter advised a fine matching wine. A place to come back.

We have been dying to come here and check it out for quite sometime. Glad we managed to get a table without a reservation. Food is our life and it was great to kick back and watch someone else cooking for a change! Was awesome to sit upstairs before dinner and have a quiet drink and watch the Chefs hard... More

The Viaduct Basin is a wonderful site for a restaurant so it is not surprising that there are plenty to choose from. The Foodstore offers a different experience with an open plan kitchen central to the dining area. Surprisingly it is not intrusive and for those who enjoy watching their food being prepared close up views are available on TV... More

I really struggled to find something to order on the menu, and settled on a bowl of pasta. This, together with two wines, cost me $66. Honestly couldn't recommend this place for the price.

Fantastic location in the viaduct of Auckland City. There are many many other Restaurants to choose from but do yourself a favour and try this one.Had the tuna cerviche entree which was heavenly, and the hapuka as the main, desserts looked amazing but did not try.My wife had the fish & chips (snapper) which was devine. Prices are reasonable but for... More

Given there are so many great places in Auckland to eat I guess I just expected a bit more from the food. We tried many times for about 4 or 5 minutes to get a waiter over so that we could order dessert, but even though the restaurant was not that busy nobody came over. In the end we paid... More

This was a very pleasant surprise. Nice location and friendly staff. The food was very nice. My wife had the fish & chips but perhaps fewer chips and more fish would be better. I had nice pumpkin gnocchi (entree) because I had already spotted the chocolate hazelnut cheesecake.
