Great restaurant in Perth. We had the best oysters of our whole visit here. Great restaurant and bar staff. One not to be missed.

I have never tasted food like I did at Opus Restaurant. My Husband & I had the Truffle Degustation Menu & we were not disappointed. I would highly recommend this to anybody who goes to this restaurant. The service was outstanding without being over the top. The staff certainly know how to make you feel special. We decided to have... More

Quite a nice meal but did not like the steak, very fatty and not the cut of meat I would expect from a restaurant of this calibre. The seared ocean trout was lovely. Service was very good, and an excellent wine list.

From the moment you walk in,to the door being opened for you, pulling out your chair, detailed explanations of each wine with the degustation menu. We were absolutley speechless The constant supply of warm bread with butter and glasses of water forever being topped up. The depth of flavour in each of the dishes were exquisite and the wines matched perfectly. The... More

The Perth dining scene has changed so much in recent years. The shift to more casual dining featuring shared plates is a welcome addition to the culinary landscape. There are special occasions however when one wishes to indulge the tastebuds in beautiful, classical, elegant surroundings reminiscent of Gershwin's at The Hyatt or The Garden Restaurant formerly at the Parmelia Hilton.... Service was outstanding. Very attentive yet unobtrusive and knowledgable. Dishes were likewise prepared and presented beautifully. Both entrees and mains were excellent meals. My only gripe being the Black Angus Fillet - in keeping with the trend now I felt this was too aged and was somewhat dry and "bread like" texture. Whilst meals are reasonably priced for the quality,... More

We celebrated a birthday here, just the two of us. The atmosphere, food and service were all very good and I would recommend it. It is definitely a formal dining experience which is to be commended (there is a need for all types of experience and good formal dining appears to be a dying art)
