Fun time out

This is a busy place and well worth considering for any kind of adult group or smaller. Teppanyaki is fun, playful and enjoyable entertainment while your allocated chef prepares your food for you. There is loads of theatre around the food preparation which adds to the ambience, and the food was... read more

I have been visiting this place since 1987. Tonight the food was outstanding . The WA crayfish was cooked very well to display our local produce. Our Chef Ken was courteous and entertaining and knew how to cook. We had the $120 a head set menu which was worth every cent. Make sure you play catch the egg game and... More

Normally I don't write overly negative reviews as I don't see it as helping the owners or is constructive, however in this case I actually rang the place twice to voice my concerns and was passed on by someone who sounded suspiciously like the owner, to the manager, who I subsequently rang on his mobile. I told him about my... More

It was a really good experience to have with family and friends. A little over priced when it comes to the pork belly sets. My only complaint really is that our entertainer for the night, forget several dishes to multiple people, I missed out on my salmon (which I was looking foward to!) . But otherwise great!

We brought our young son to experience the fun and flair we've experienced in our Teppanyaki past - and we couldn't find it. With the price we were paying for a child's meal ($45), our expectation of food-flipping, fire excitement was sadly not met. Not only was the experience boring, so was the food. Our $95 adult meals could have... More

I was slightly apprehensive due to the pricing of this restaurant and the fact we had 2 friends allergic to fish however my fears were delightfully vanquished with the fantastic friendly staff being so accomodating. The made sure all tastes were catered for and the fish was kept completely separate from the rest of the food. The cocktails had a... More

Although quiet expensive the experience is fantastic. The menus are ready good, they contain all fresh and delicious ingredients with options. It can be hot (recommend sitting near the open windows). The chef was really friendly and entertaining. The place was greatly place, great if you want to go out for a drink afterwards.

The teppanyaki experience was good but short. The staff were keen to move us to another table as soon as we had finished eating at the teppanyaki table. Food and chef were good but was a little pricey.

While a realise that I attended Midori as a double date based scenario and that may not be it's intended audience I struggle to imagine a scenario where the dining experience could be positive. To eat at this restraint you must first go an see you accountant and make sure you are able to takeout a second mortgage to effort... More

we had a table for 11people. The centre grill was perfectly sized for that many people. Our chef was entertaining and our food delicious. The service was extremely good from the waiters. I have had teppenyaki before and this was better than my last experience. Will go again.
