Been to this restaurant quite a few times and its variable with regards to service and food. Some visits have been wonderful with efficient service and delicious food whilst other times we've had poor service with average food and stale bread. All in all this restaurant is ok but a bit of sprucing up may be warranted. We will definitely... More

After hearing so much about this restaurant, my family and I decided it was time to visit. The staff were friendly and the place was packed! Most of the tables were occupied by families with small children. I enjoyed the soup of the day (creamy roast vegetable) whilst my husband had the safari tasting plate and my child, the kids... More

We came to this restaurant with high expectations of experiencing exotic, authentic African cuisine. However, the only thing that was truly edible was the bread. Please do not be fooled by this. The service was extremely poor. We had ordered three beers and waited about 30mins and then had to ask the waitress where the drinks were. These drinks then... More

With restaurants all around Perth vying for a reputation of serving the latest, greatest (often smallest) and fusion culinary offerings, it is always a pleasure to visit Zebra's. They have been an institution for so many years they are obviously doing something right, despite some previous misses with steak quality. Our most recent visit was reassuring! Whoever was running the... More

We have been to Zebra’s several times over the past few years for (although quirkily titled in the menu) standard honest fare. The restaurant is obviously African themed with the best part being the bar which is supported by half of a safari landrover. Inside, Zebra skins, African drums and artefacts adorn the walls creating a passable atmosphere. On ordering,... More

Zebra's has an authentic South African feel to it... complete with a land rover built into the bar... nice touch. The staff are all really friendly and it has a nice family feel to it. Recommend watching sports here as the big screen atmosphere is super... especially if RSA is playing!

Enjoyed our dinner here. We had the Sirloin Zambezia and the Gokwe garlic rump. All main courses can come with the salad bar which we went for, and also with chips. My sirloin steak was huge and came with prawns on Piri Piri sauce. I asked for medium rare, it was a bit more cooked to my liking, but still... More

Decided to go to Zebras after hearing good comments from a regular customer(I am a Bar Manager). Wow!!! Everything was fantastic. Particularly liked the open fire out the front as it was a bit of a chilly night. Enjoyed a couple of cocktails here before our meals. The food was sensational. I had the Bobtie, a spiced mince dish, as... More

What a lovely welcoming 'smell' when you arrive. The smell of wood burning on a open fire pit outside by the bar. We arrived earlier than our intended time but still had a great welcome and shown to our table straight away. We ordered Crocodile kebabs, venison and Bobotjie (my daughters main meal) off the starters menu. My kebabs were... More
