SELENE, the luminous Greek Goddess of the moon, inspires this delicious dining experience. It begins with a memorable signature menu, designed by multi-award winning chef Greg Malouf of MoMo to suit the Broome Climate and the fresh produce of the region. The menu delights the senses with the exotic flavours of the Middle East and Easter Mediterranean, while our signature dish at pearl harvest time – spiced sautéed pearl meat – pays homage to Broome’s rich pearling heritage.

Service was sensational as well as food. The pearl meat dish was beautiful. We found it quite expensive but this is Broome after all, dining is not cheap here. The restaurant is not called Selene but The Deck by the way.

We enjoyed our first experience so much we went back three days later! After a hard day lazing around in the sun it is nice to dress up/frock up and go somewhere that is elegant and classy and the food and service exceeding your expectation!

The head chef should be incredibly proud of the menu. This is the only restaurant in Broome that I feel provides five star dining. I will be returning again very soon!

The Selene Brasserie is the best restaurant in Broome hands down. The staff are always friendly and accommodating - Besky and Ronaldo you do an amazing job! The food is always fantastic. I recommend the pearl meat! We visit every time we are back in Broome and never leave disappointed...

Very modern food in an elegant but relaxed setting Was pleased to see no color changing lights over the pool as in another Broome restaurants Excellent food and well presented but very expensive really for a fish dish available locally - thread fin salmon and some salad - however it was a pleasant experience worth trying again.

Highly priced - reasonable service - tiny meals on big plates wouldn't eat there by choice but would go if invited as part of a group

Excellent service. Delicious food. Beautiful setting. Nicest food we had in Cable Beach. Only ate here for dinner once

It was the first night this restaurant moved from streetside to poolside and It seemed to work; ambience was ok & quite busy. My scallop entree was good; Slipper lobster tail (Morton Bay Bug) gnocchi excellent & poached pear dessert top class. Service slipped into 'Broome Time' occasionally but that was ok. Waitress Jean from Taiwan added a delightful jest

My husband and I visited selene last Friday night . We travelled from Sydney as part of a tour and stayed at cable beach resort. I had booked Selene well in advance and arrived early 6pm. As the restaurant was empty we decided to have a cocktail which was not the best we have had and the went to eat... More
