I didn't eat but just popped in to buy a case of ginger beer got an obsessed friend. I had to buy one myself - for research of course ! And I am delighted to report it is delicious and possibly worth the ridiculous cost $95 for a case of the stuff ! The atmosphere and old building are terrific... More

Lunch at Matso's was recommended and didn't disappoint. Loved the different beers, and the Ginger Beer was a real winner. The tasting plate was just right for a lunchtime snack.

Lunch at Matso's is a must for anyone visiting Broome. We had a great lunch on a quiet Sunday afternoon in January during the wet season. The staff were attentive, the food great and the beer and cider fantastic. I can highly receommend the Kimblerley tasting platter if you want to try some of the local produce...Barramundi, Kangaroo and crocodile...delicious.... More

Once again passing through broome on business, attended Matsos on two occasions , once for a main meal and once for breakfast . I was served by the most disinterested hung over staff I have the dissatisfaction of ever meeting . My main meal was over cooked and not at all tasty like the last time I was In broome... More

Beers and ciders were sensational, unfortunately I cannot say the same for their food. Orders a chicken snitzel burgers to get overlooked and dry chicken. Won't be dining here again.

Recommend breakfast special $12 for bacon and egg burger and a coffee. Would be nice if they brought their bottled beer in prior to patrons arriving very noisy on the trolley.

Have now had breakfast and lunch here. Food is good, service excellent, staff friendly, atmosphere relaxed. Interesting beers...chilli beer was okay, but had one in Margaret River which was better. There is a really nice lime and ginger cider - going to take a carton home with us!

Sat outside on veranda and enjoyed local beers and cider. Food was typical pub food and enjoyed shared plates of dips etc.
