Quirky place, great food and service

Spent an enjoyable winter evening before movies sipping delicious gluhwein and eating cheese platter whilst enjoying the view. Even though it was a cold evening, we enjoyed sitting outside under the heaters and with the blankets provided. Service is friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Madame Brussels was a bit of a mixed bag for me. I'd really looked forward to trying this bar and loved the novelty of the ex-brothel theme carried through from the bar entrance, to the staff, to the cocktail menu. However, as far as the drinks were concerned, I was pretty disappointed. We only ended up staying for one, despite... More

Recently visited in the afternoon for a special celebration with a large group of friends. The time and place had been booked several weeks earlier. The quirky cafe/terrace is nicely decorated to give a garden party feel. We had a pre-set "Tea" menu costing over $50 per person. The sandwiches were very fresh and delicious, I enjoyed the chicken ones... More

A gorgeous and very quaint experience - but one you should definitely have! The Pimms is all the go but of course there are many other drinks on offer - lovely for an after dinner drink or a late afternoon ladies' session - or just go there and have fun!

Came here on eth recommendation of a friend. Very quirky decor with a hint of Paris. Even though it was a coldish day, sitting outside enjoying beautiful cocktails was delightful. Staff were very helpful and added to the ambiance of the place. A great place to unwind over a leisurely drink.

If you are travelling to Melbourne this is a must do. A quirkty little restaurant with a very unique feel to it. Great to have a couple of catch up drinks over some light nibbles on a Saturday afternoon. Great value and the staff are absolutely wonderful and attentive.

Definitely a must for cocktails! Decked out in artificial grass, old school benches and waiters in tennis whites! Funky roof top bar with quirky menu of cocktails.

Such a cute place for a garden party event! Recently visited Madame Brussels for a Mother's Day event! It was so cute, perfect bite size servings of delicious food (organised from LuxBite South Yarra I believe) and amazing cocktails (try the Lip Smacker)! Great place to celebrate with Mum! I took my lovely to Madam Brussels when we were in Melbourne. It was a delightful and delicious little rooftop cafe and garden. Travelling upstairs the cafe characters invite you into their very white cute almost 'Alice in wonderland' like world. Cute little umbrellas for weather and sweet scents make this rooftop cafe a must visit!

Our group was very split on our pre dinner Madame Brussels experience. The women loved it and the beer swilling blokes were a little uncomfortable. This is unashamedly a very girly venue. Not where I would go for a beer before the footy but they have a great variety of imported and local beers as well as bubbles, but the... More
