When entered the restaurant I was pleased to be taken up to the second level - nice quite relaxing atmosphere, compared to the ground floor/ entry. We were then greeted by. Rovena and her colleague with a (beautiful smile). We ordered eggplant dip with enough garlic and onion (yum) Seafood Saganski, pan fried seafood and a nice homemade tomato sauce.... More

Having tickets to a play in hand, we had time before the play to search for a nice looking restaurant---something that would finish off the evening just right. We chose Tsindos because of their menu and the size of the restaurant. They do present themselves well. Not to be. My husband had a dish consisting of three different items, and... More

It has been at least 12 months since the last time we have been here and it was SI great to to come back. The next staff, the best food and over all the best restaurant in CBD. You won't be disappointed. The Tasindos special is always a winner and the specials are heaven. Very good.

Dined alone - wait staff were okay about my not wanting the table in the window so offered a discreet table on the side of the restaurant. Explained to waitress that I hadn't been here before so I followed her suggestions : saganaki followed by lamb souvlaki main with retsina wine. (Yes I wanted the authentic experience and I wasn't... The restaurant has nice environment. The staffs are friendly. When I was there, a table of customers were celebrating, the staffs were very helpful giving surprise. I ordered Piatela Kreatika, cost $30, it taste good but just a bit over priced.

The place was almost empty when we got there it filled fast. I ordered slow cooked lamb husband seafood. The lamb was a shank tender with no flavour at all. Husbands food looked like most was from a box of frozen , the felliow was nice but the food was basic. I wouldn't go back

This restaurant was close to our hotel and it was definately a high light to our trip. The slow roast lamb was unforgettable. This is a family style greek restaurant. Moderate price, understated from the street view, and over delivers on the good honest flavours. This restaurant is added to my list of trusty "go to" restaurants.

We went for dinner here last night and we were very disappointed. We waited for an hour for our meal even though the restaurant wasn't full. The table wasn't set and we had to ask for cutlery. When the meals did arrive they were very small and basic. We won't be back.
