We ordered 2 takeaway pizzas for tea here one night when staying in Melbourne for work. One was the lot and the other an American. They were both delicious. Exactly what you expect from a good pizza place. Plenty of toppings and a base that was not too thick and not too thin. Would visit again.

It's not only the pizza that is delicious, you should try the pasta and the risotto as well... But my favourite was the Turkish pizza... The personnel are friendly, the service is fast. The location is marvellous. What else can you expect???

I love pizza, especially proper Melboune pizza. Was so pleased to find this place near my cheapo hotel. It smelled right, it was old and run-down and looked very promising. Foolishly I ordered the "flaming hot" pizza, as hot/spicy pizzas are never hot enough. The base was OK, potential there, not the best ever but it was proper. Hot salami:... More

I'm a fussy pizza eater, found this place online and it was very close to my hotel, The decor is a bit dated and tired but the food was reasonably priced, staff were friendly and the pizza was tasty and fresh!

Our hotel (just around the corner) recommended the food, but specifically mentioned that the atmosphere leaves something to be desired. I feel like MPB's problems are not with the atmosphere but rather with the unfortunate staffers that served me and my husband. I ordered cannelloni, my husband ordered a pasta dish, we ordered a green salad to split and each... More

Myself and husband took our 3 children to this place for a cheaper family outing. The kids loved the pizza and I thought they were great also! The kids and wee kids meals while my husband and I shared an Italian styled pizza.

I can't complain it was packed of cheap toppings, now we are not pizza snobs, but in this pizza bar, less would have been best, with better quality toppings. There is a lot better out there!!
