Went for lunch with a group of friends and decided on the combination dumpling meal. It was just amazing. 6 hot, juicy steamed dumplings, all delicious and delicate for $14, which I thought was reasonable for federation square. The house shiraz was $10 a glass. The décor is modern and airy, with some interesting Chinese pieces scattered around. Service was... More

We had a booking, although we had a large group, we were initially the only table in the resturaunt. The was amazing as always, but the service was so slow! We shared only a few meals between the table and yet it still took over an hour. Would go back again though!

We occasionally visit here before going to a show nearby. The food is very good - a little different - and, importantly too, they get you to the show on time. Service is excellent. Good parking nearby also makes for a stressless evening. Deserves to be a bit busier. Maybe it is later.

Four of us lunched on a docket, which one I cant remember, but it included a glass of wine or a beer'and some of the best chinese food I have eaten in a year. We had the Yum Cha & were delighted with it, the service was excellent & the decor beautiful. Tucked upstairs towards the rear of Federation Square... More

Had lunch one day a group of 3. One of us got our order in 10 minutes, the second some 30 minutes later and the third further 60 minutes later, so each of ate on our own and not together!. Many reminders were given and response was slow and dissapointing

We went straight for the Yum Cha menu after hearing good things about this place and weren't disappointed. Plenty of choice on the menu and at good prices. Each dish was full of flavour and nice and fresh...will definitely be going back.

We first stumbled upon this place early in 2012 and were surprised by just how magnificent it is. While in most Chinese restaurants you expect to have cheap meals that you share with other people, this was nothing like that. We had a set meal for $44 each that gave us 6 servings, each more delicious and well presented than... More

I am glad I tried BoyChoy Tang again. The first was an office Christmas lunch, the banquet meal lacked lustre.....but service and beverage were great. Few days later I entertained family and it was a wise decision not to go for another banquet meal. Recommend the Babao duck stuffed ....a superior version of a Christmas turkey? The Murray River perch... More
