Coming out of the movies on a cold wintery night we stumbled across this quaint little eatery. We were greeted by friendly staff and the restaurant soon filled up.Food was delicious and servings quite generous unlike other Indian restaurants where meat is hardly visible.

My 2nd visit and just as good as first time, restaraunt is not overcrowded a staff are very friendly and attentive. We had a veg banquet (+ 1 meat dish) and enjoyed all dishes. They have a viewing window where you can see the cook placing food in the tandoor oven. Naan was fresh and beautiful, menu is written in... More

The inside is nice but the tables and decorations could do with updating! I loved that the waiters help with meal choices. With not having been to many Indian restaurants before when you ask them for some suggestions they are very helpful and know what they are on about. Their recommendations were fabulous. Saag, tava, butter chicken, chicken tikka were... More

This Indian restaurant is fairly average. Most of the curries are more sauce then meat. The naan bread is pretty good. It just felt like they bought some curry in a jar. Samosa's inedible.

Good Food. Good Service. Best butter chicken I've had in a long time. We had a set menu for 3 and found it was way too much food for us. Recommend.

This is not a fine dining restaurant. It is a cheap and cheerful place that offers good food, with loads of flavour and good service. Friendly helpful, staff are attentive and informative. Great place for a casual dinner or catch-up with friends.

Considering the number of superb Indian restaurants in the surrounding suburbs, the arrival of Tandoori Times in Anderson st Yarraville has been a let down. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere what you'd expect, but the food is nothing more than bog standard, and below the quality of several others in Footscray and West Footscray.
