Love the burgers at Groove Train, food is always good, prices are fair, service is good. If you are looking for a reasonable meal, and have the time to sit down and eat then this is the place.

It was the menu that attracted me to this particular restaurant. Pints of beer $5 - Cocktails $8. I was thirsty and the price was right, it was a win win. The wait staff are fantastic and after finishing the sauces from the wedges early they were plentifully replaced. The restaurant has pretty sweet outdoor seating and the inside is... More

We arrived here and were amazed at the amount of choices available on the menu. Each of us enjoyed a different dish each and were all generally pleased with our choices (however the pasta was a bit oily). The staff was helpful and our dishes arrived pretty quickly. Each of our servings were very big and of great value (~$20... More

Four us had lunch at Groove Train Epping when it first opened....all 4 of us had terrible meals and said we wouldn't go back. Today, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another try....big mistake. The service was okay but the food shouldn't be served and customers expected to pay for it. My sister... More

The food and service were great but we received our entrees last out of a group of 4 tables then got our mains before we finished our entrees. The table who got their entrees first waited nearly an hour to get their mains. Still had a great time.

Today we went to the Groove Train in Epping for lunch. It's only just opened, so along with a couple of friends we decided to give it a try. Definitely won't be going back there again. Although the staff were friendly, the food was very ordinary, to say the least. My husband ordered the steak sandwich. The meal was cold,... More

Went for a late week night feed. Staff were friendly enough and service quick. The menu is very large (perhaps a little too large) but so many choices for all different tastes. Wine list was also good. Enjoyed the meal and would go back if in the area.

Good food, good serving sizes and good service. Nothing special but not bad either. A good place for a hearty lunch and shelter from the wind.

We had a quick coffee and cake here after doing some shopping at Harbourtown. We were in a hurry as we had to be back in the city not long after. Coffee and food was lovely and well presented. I particulary wanted to mention a young employee called Lawrence. What a personality he is and he made us feel very... More

Dropped in for a coffee at 9.45pm on a Thursday night, only to be told "last drinks" were just being called and it was shutting in 15 minutes. Kinda weird for a place that says it is open "late". Plus some people on another table only received their cutlery for an impending meal 10 minutes after we arrived. At least... More
