Great ice cream

A cure for a hot summer's day.... a scoop of gelato. Great ice cream, but not cheap! It's right on the Southbank, and there are tables and chair or riverside benches to enjoy the experience a little longer while the cone is melting.

This is ice cream not gelato. Its so sweet it tastes like lollies, lolly ice cream! Its thick and sticky, not light and creamy. Also expensive, $7.90 for 2 scoop cone.

I keep going back. The children loved it. Favs are chocolate and plum pudding. Right on southbank, with buskers, especially bozzi the clown. Great spot, delicious icecream, gelati

What a Joke Trampoline Gelato Knox! I ordered two cakes in store, with a very helpful sales girl. So far so good. I went to collect cake one, firstly it was not available at the specified time, went back, 'ahh I didn't order a pancake of ice cream sprinkled with honeycomb' yes that's it, all for the low cost of... The experienced lady behind the counter took a long time texting on her phone by then a large queue had formed. I asked which milkshake faoaur was available and she said ëverything'. Confused I walked off to the many nearby cafes.

I'm a frequent visitor of Trampoline Gelato, I love that they make it fresh on site (I guess most gelati places do now too) and they have a good variety of flavours (although wasn't too keen on the vegemite one..), especially for the sorbets where most places offer a couple of berry ones, lemon and mango, they have Lychee, Caramel... All of their stuff is made on site, you can see them making from the counter area, you should ask them for a sample of the gelato when it comes straight out of the machine if you're there at that time. I love the banana, chocolate and they have some weird flavours like orange and poppyseed, green tea and salted... More

Looking for a late night snack after dining out. Found it at Tramoplines Gelato in South Gate overlooking the Yarra River. The Mango and the Lemon Gelati were scrumptious.

Was excited to try the ice cream with the nice view looking out onto the Yarra and had never been there before. I ordered a mocha ice cream, which tasted lovely up until I encountered a bird feather within the ice cream, which I had almost ingested. I felt disgusted and went back to tell staff, who appologised and I... More

i am very, very finicky with my gelato. i tried both strawberry gelato & mango sorbet - a bit chemical; caramel, vanilla and nuts - too sweet but nice texture; wild berries sorbet didn't do it either. then on my second visit i tasted the plain frozen yougurt. what can i say? UNREAL! oh trampoline, you really touched the spot!
