Looked Good, tasted bland

The whole feel if this was place was wonderful. The authentic feel they were aiming for was portrayed nicely so was expecting some great authentic flavours of Italy. The food was bland. Bland in both flavour and appeal. What a shame we had such high hopes for this place

I have a friend who eats here all the time. I don't know how. The service is average, the food is below average, the other customers aggravating and it's expensive. Just another poor restaurant in an area that specialises in poor restaurants unfortunately.

I should have noted all the empty tables at 1230 but I was getting hangry so decided to eat here. I ordered the Avocado feta mash which was pretty poorly presented. Tasted much better than it looked though. Coffee was fine but nothing great. Have been here for dessert previously- an insane amount of cakes, slices etc to choose from... More

First time i went food was nice, they have a big variety of cakes to choose from. Second time i went there had to take a seat outside on my own as there was nobody close to give me a seat. Had to wait another 5 minutes to get a menu but no one came, so got up and left.

Excellent food at good prices considering the area. This restaurant has been here a long time and that to me shows stability and an inderstanding of the customers needs.

I have been in twice over the last couple of years. It took me some time to get over the first time. Staff are not interested in serving you. Place looks empty and still no one wants to take your order. I walked out after 5 minutes the frost time (no one else in the place that I could see)... More

Lots of big cakes and decent, strong coffee. Food is average though, nothing special. Service is good.

In the Crown Casino, offers reasonable price menu with some unique and tasty items with a Greek Flair - been there a number of times and never left disappointed.

Staying in Chapel Street

Neighborhood Profile
Chapel Street
Seek and ye shall find! Prahran is a treasure hunter’s paradise of vintage stores, upscale boutiques and emporiums. Chapel Street is a one-stop shop with specialty stores selling just about everything. The famous Chapel Street Bazaar has so many curious and vintage knick-knacks that you will feel as if you're in a huge and busy museum. By contrast, at the northern end of Chapel Street, South Yarra and Windsor cater to high-end designer labels and exclusive boutiques. The community flocks to Prahran’s organic markets as a Saturday ritual, while art and film students leaf through vinyl LPs on Greville Street. The gay community also has a strong presence here. Prahran’s heritage buildings like the Reads Emporium and Prahan arcade offer a grand sense of scale and history. No matter your interest, come feel the pulse of one of Melbourne’s most loved precincts.
