Great food but rather expensive in comparison to other hot chocolate places in Melbourne. The Hot chocolates themselves are absolutely amazing but so are the hot chocolates at Max Brenner, Chokolait and others. The cakes also look nice but haven't had the opportunity to try.

I visit Koko Black every time I visit Melbourne. I love the friendly attentive service, the great coffee and hot chocolate, and the chocolate itself is so yummy. I always buy chocolate to take home to my family. The upstairs area is so cosy and nice, overlooking the arcade. Can't wait to come back!

I love their Belgium hot chocolate, aromatic and with the right amount of sweetness. Raspberry cake is a must have!

Comfortable, warm and inviting environment located on the Paris end of Collins street and offering a fantastic range of craft chocolates. The deserts are fantastic and I can personally recommend the chocolate mousse. Service can be decidedly average and if you are a coffee person then then I would recommend you order tea.

Lovely hot chocolate and the best chocolate to buy to take home with you. We used our vouchers from the Chocoholic Tour and purchased some more choccy to take home
