The perfect place to indulge and watch the world go by...

My husband and I took our children age 3 and 5 to KoKo Black for hot chocolates and a chocolate whilst in Melbourne. The service was friendly, helpful and professional. The chocolates are absolutely amazing. There is something for everyone and the quality was terrific.

Don't need to address my love to Koko Black as it's my top choice when I think of chocolate. Though I had a lot of them before but dine in is the first time. We had ice chocolate ( in such cold weather!!!) and chocolate mousse, it sounds cliche but it's always the best way to tell it's quality. (The... More

Koko Black make the best chocolates ever! I only buy my favorite chocolate there now - the dark chocolate coated orange pieces. Just occasionally or I would not be able to stop! I bought some in May to take overseas as a special present for my German friends and they loved them too.

I love the wide selection of their chocolates and drinks! The service is awesome too, fast and efficient even the queue is pretty long at that moments.

Well! Where do I even begin? From the very start you know this place is amazing with all the people that are in there buying chocolate or wanting a seat so they can indulge in the goodness that will be served right in front of them! Not only is this place full of delicious chocolate but the staff and service... More

A lovely place to visit in Melbourne if you're a chocolate lover. I had an amazing hot chocolate and purchased some chocolate for friends back home. They loved it. You can watch then make the chocolate in the outside window. Pure chocolately goodness.

When I asked my husband what he wanted for our late lunch, he said nothing heavy. I knew exactly where to take him. I had been here before so I had an idea what to expect. We ordered the high tea and affogato. The service was great and the food superb. We had friends join us and there were suitable... More

Had a few drinks with my family, hot chocolate was so delicious I could have it everyday, it really was thick and velvety, I didn't want it to end. My brother had a milkshake which he said worked really well and my mum just had a tea. I would average cost, about $20. Friendly staff, kept topping up our water.... More

Sorry people but this place is just for tourists. Most locals can get a much better coffee at any good cafe and for much cheaper. Tourists - try to venture out beyond the tourist trail.
