Perfect spot to rest weary shopping feet

We actually visited two of these in our travels, in the CBD and Lygon St. Both shops had lovely character, warm staff, great coffee and best of all fabulous chocolates.

Their chilli hot chocolate really exceeded expectations, burns the throat at first sip but it's oh so good. Very unique. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water, I only wished I had a few more cups before leaving Melbourne.

You know sometimes you try something and then in the end you think "that wasn't worth the calories"? THIS WAS WORTH EVERY CALORIE!!!!!! No other iced chocolate will ever live up to the one I had yesterday. It's rich and chocolatey without being really sweet. They even make the ice cream that goes in it. Just to die for! My... More

Every time I go to Melbourne this place is a must visit stop. The hot chocolate is the best I have ever had and there are lots of tempting chocolates to try as well. You will not be disappointed

Even the Melbourne visitor guides in the Mall know where this place is without looking at a business reference!! The Koko Black staff are efficient and happy; the service superb. On several visits we tried the iced chocolate, the iced coffee and the hot chocolate. These drinks are just superb. Highly recommended. Go there!

Stopped by and ordered the Chocolate Affogato. Belgian hot chocolate poured over vanilla bean ice cream! Delicious! Hand dipped chocolates were out of this world! Great service!

My sister in law and I went here and were just blown away by the choices and stood like 2 little kids trying to pick what we were going to buy. We were told my a friend we had to try and we did. Such beautiful chocolate and we felt very spoilt eating them on the way home in the... More

Whenever we're in Melbourne , husband and I always drop in to Kokos for a coffee or a hot chocolate with a bag of dark /mixed chocolates to take away . Very nice ! but this trip ,the prices were through the roof .. We'll try the Block Arcade next visit !!

We were told by the Block Arcade store that we needed to wait for a table for at least 20 minutes. This store (Collin St) had plenty of space, no waiting required, much more comfortable seats and the staff was very friendly. Tried the tasting plate, which had chocolates, chocolate mousse, chocolate ice-cream and the like between four people and... More

Hands down the best mocha I have ever had. It was amazing. The smell in the restaurant was incredible - coffee and chocolate. Spoiled myself with some hand made chocolates and they were also outstanding and tasted every bit as good as they looked.
