Great food and good service

Nobu is well-known for their great food. Tonight was no exception. The specialty rolls were excellent. The service was accommodating in the ambience.

I brought a special group to Nobu on basis of their culinary reputation and while bites of food were superb, I left dissatisfied. Our large party of 9 reservation for the pricey gourmet extravaganza 6 course dining experience was disrespected by management. Our first significant disappointment was being seated in the middle of the swam of 20 tables in a... More

This was supposed to be the highlight of my stay in Melbourne. I have recently dined in Dubai at Nobu and was expecting amazing food. As the restaraunt filled up I felt I was in more of a food hall rather than a restaurant. No help with the menu nor an update with the specials until after I ordered -... More

We did the lunch offer they currently have which is $50 for two courses, a glass of wine and a coffee. There was not a lot of choice but what we had - wagyu beef tacos, tempura prawns, atlantic salmon and beef - were all beautifully done. The only complaints I had was the two mains came with absolutely nothing... More

I rarely visit a top end restaurant; it's a bit out of my league. I was given a voucher to use for my birthday and chose to go to Nobu. What a brilliant choice. The food was delicious. Not having eaten Japanese in the past, other than sushi, I was so impressed. What also surprised me though were the prices.... More

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary here and the whole experience was amazing. Our waited consistently asked if we enjoyed our food and helped us with our menu selection. On top of it all, Andy from Hamish and Andy sat next to us! Food was delicious and worth the money! Definitely coming back.

my husband and I love Japanese food and have been fortunate enough to also travel to japan, so we are quite knowledgable with japanese food and we know what we like. We had the deluxe bento eqch which was tasty and good value. Highlights of the bento box included the beef with pepper sauce and the soft shell crab pastries.... More

I'm not a fan of sushi or sashimi but sometimes I take "one for the team." Two members of my party love it and so we ventured to Nobu located in the casino connected to our hotel. Now, we have dined at other Nobu restaurants around the globe and I have to say that the menu differs not at all... More

Excellent presentation on the meals! We had 2-course meal with wine/juice and tea/coffee, it's only $50 for lunch!

This was my second visit to Nobu Melbourne and I am adamant, it is my last. Unfortunately I have been spoilt by other Nobu Restaurants around the world and this one falls short by a long shot for the second time. Visiting from Perth, The day had been an emotional one, visiting my grandfathers grave in the country and felt... More
