If you are hungry and manage your expectations, this place will be OK. Plenty of food is served, but at least for the dishes we had, the taste was pretty standard.

Hi there, I believe you were in Tuesday night. Unusual you say that as most people love our food and find it very tasty. May I ask what you had, as perhaps what you ordered may not have met your expectations of your palette, but there are plenty of dishes with heaps of taste. We always take on customer feedback... Stayed at htl Charsfield and they suggested we ordered delivery from here. The three pastas were fantastic. While eating my Marinara I was digging into my kids' penne with anchovies and olive with ham spaghetti. So did they, digged into mine.

You won't expect to find fine dining on St. Kilda Road. In this case, don't. Cafe Rosco's is there to serve a purpose. Late night food if you can't be bothered or a quick bite if you have a friend or relative in the Alfred. The food is very average. Overall most dishes are very fatty, quite greasy in fact... More

Hi Andre, St Kilda Road although not a distinct dining road does have some good food on offer. Just a quick note, Cafe Rosco though is nowhere near the Alfred, so my guess is you must have been dining somewhere else, if I'm not mistaken.... .... Having worked that night i would have remembered you....... We are on the corner... More

Being from Montreal,Canada, i always look for a good pizza place while travelling. i make sure to stay at a hotel close to Rosco's, just so i can eat there. Will be back in Melbourne later this year, and will definitely stop in at least once to see Andy and family. Keep up the good work! Tim from Montreal

To our surprise 90% of eateries/shops are closed on Saturday & Sunday on st kilda road which I find quite strange. We stayed at the Royce hotel and asked the reception for ANY place to eat on a Sunday night so they recommended this place. The food is absolutely mind blowing! It reminds us of our local pizzeria in Sydney.... More

I was staying nearby and thought I'd give Rosco's a go. The food is excellent, value is great. The pasta is very good, wines and beer choice also. The prices are quite reasonable and service was very friendly. They were quite busy, and I had trouble getting another glass of wine as they kept forgetting, but overall an enjoyable meal.
