What a place great food and atmosphere. Well catered for people going to the theatre. Lots of great pictures and full of history.

First visit here, ordered 2 pasta dishes and a garlic bread. 4 pieces of garlic bread for $8....nuts..(i don't recall it being listed on the menu, but we said yes to the waitress and i was surprised when it was payment time) . Be careful ! Pasta tasted ok, not fantastic any means - there are much much better alternatives... More

Had a lovely meal, well priced, good service! We were seated right near the toilet door which was a bit disappointing as watching people walk in & out of the toilet whilst trying to enjoy a meal is not great! Also ordered a vodka & soda water & it was like drinking a straight shot of vodka!!! Unfortunately those things... More

Whilst holidaying in Melbourne we liked what we saw on the window posted menu so we booked for that night and wow was it busy!!! We loved that experience so much that we returned with relatives a few nights later. Clearly a very experienced Italian restaurant with an extensive menu that will cater for and please most diners. The food... More

Traditional Italian food. The is a favourite of ours we have been coming here for over 25 years and the restaurant has never disappointed us. If it's good bowl of pasta you want you can't go past the Spaghetti Tree. Food is a good price, meals are large and service is fantastic.

One of the best meals I've ever had in a restaurant - I had the veal Saltimbocca with the Brown Brothers Cienna. Service was excellent - quick, attentive and friendly, almost too friendly with ensuring everything was ok.

I returned here after about 25 years because it was close to the theatre. But this is certainly not the only reason to go there. It still has great atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. The menu has sufficient variety for all members of the family and the service good enough to get us yo the show on time. Bookings... More

Excellent, friendly service in nice surroundings. Staff were great and the food was very good quality. Good wine selection as well. Enough food choices to satisfy all members of your party.
