Grabbed a quick bite before the footie

Food was ok but nothing special, however when I ordered I did say we needed to eat and dash as were in a rush, they did just that. The service was very friendly and they nailed what we asked for so I can't really fault them. The service made up for anything lacking in the food.

My wife took me out to this Italian place right around the corner from the CBD hotel that we were staying in. The menu has a range of pastas and italian mains (i.e. Chicken Parma, which I ordered and it was great), however no pizzas. The dessert was particularly good, with the NY cheesecake being well balanced, and my wife... More

This is a good place to get Italian at a reasonable price in the Central Business District. The menu lists numerous pasta dishes as well as main entrees. A bowl of pasta and a salad makes a full meal for around $30. Service is prompt and friendly both at the tables or if you go to the bar.

This place is a cute traditional restaurant that myself and my boyfriend love to go, you walk in side and it has such a homey feeling with all the old school photos and decoration the seafood marinara is amazing and the seafood is cooked perfectly, do book on a weekend for dinner as they get busy

We hadn't booked a table and the place was absolutey buzzing, but the maitre'd kindly found us a table and we are soooo glad he did! This restaurant is very deceptive from the outside. What we thought was going to be a small "fasta pasta" style eatery, was actually a huge two-story restaurant with divine food and a fantastic ambience.... More

We were very happy that they could accommodate us with a quick meal before the theatre. As we only had 40 minutes to sit down, order and eat, and even though they appeared to be booked out when we arrived, they served a friendly and and professional manner. Pasta was delicious and piping hot. We would definitely return on our... More

The Spaghetti tree was touted as a family friendly place which it was. The food was basic but it tasted fine which is why I have given it 2/5. The poor waiter was new but was being lorded over unprofessionally in front of us. We ordered Caesar Salad and bread (we received one bread roll between four of us) which... More

Visited for dinner on Sunday night with 3 friends. Arrived about 6.15pm and unfortunately didn't have a booking, but they found us a table if we didn't mind being out of the restaurant by 7.30pm as they had a booking. That was fine by us. The yummy garlic bread and bruschetta came out on time, however the main was rather... More

My girls and I visited this restaurant yesterday for lunch and really enjoyed our pasta dishes as well as the great service.

Not sure how it has the reviews it does. We had to wait quite a while to be seated even when the restaurant was not full. Tortellini and cannelloni were disappointing, very bland. Maybe we ordered the wrong dishes. However the food came out quickly.
