Loved this restaurant - great food, great service and a buzzy atmosphere. We were a large group of 22 for busy Sunday brunch. We all enjoyed the large selection of breakfast and lunch options and all very happy with our choices.

Charming lovely cafe. We called in on a wet day to a very warm welcome. Charming staff, delicious food and a great atmosphere.

We popped in on a Saturday night on a voucher. The food was great. I ordered flathead tails which were beautiful and my partner ordered the mushroom burger which he enjoyed very much. We had a shared tasting platter for an entrée. The attention detail is wonderful. All and all a lovely meal. A bit noisy though but it was... More

I've been coming for breakfast/brunch on an almost bi-annual basis when visiting Melbourne and have always had a great meal. It's certainly not cheap but it's always tasty and filling. This time I had the sweet corn fritters which were great and a friend had the soup of the day which she thought was great as well (cauliflower and blue... More

This is one of those places that is just a perfect fit. A comfortable room with attentive, well informed staff always make you feel welcome and in good hands. Relax and enjoy the great food, wine and excellent coffee and pop into the cheese cave on the way out to take home some perfectly ripe Brie, queen of cheddar or a... More

Went down for lunch today. First issue finding parking and you are $8 for 2 hours before you eat. For me menu was not that appealing so I chose a croque madam and my wife a open steak sandwich. Both were tasty but should be as they are not cheap. Wine by the glass starts at $9.50 for brands you... More

It was a somewhat disappointing return to this once great eatery. The slightly vinegary dukkah eggs were mounted on lukewarm spinach riding on a soggy slice of bread accompanied by indifferent and barely warm asparagus asparagus in a biting chili sauce. Quite an unpleasant dish. My partner's breakfast consisted of an indifferent cheese cooked on a slice of bread that... More

We purchased a deal voucher which provided some appetisers to share which were delicious and a main meal each plus a glass of wine each. The voucher was set at a decent price of approx. $40 which was definitely worth while. Our only issue was that my lamb gnocchi was ridiculously salty, by the 3rd spoon I had to keep... More
