We were looking for a quick meal and just walked in. It was almost empty but by the time we had finished they were lined up at the door. Quick service. Very helpful staff. Great food and good price. No wonder it was so popular. Thoroughly enjoyed and recommend this place even though there are heaps of restaurants to pick... More

This restaurant is in Springvale, and really there are so many there they have to be good to survive, Pho Dakao is very good and very inexpensive. The service is quite fast for such a busy restaurant, we went on a Saturday night and people come and go constantly, everyone sort of stays 1 hour. We would definately return to... More

Delicious food . Great serving size. No msg taste at end of meal. Restaurant packed for Sunday lunch . People waiting at door to get in. We booked an hour before so no prob. Even though busy prompt service. Will definitely go again. Huge menu. Lots to try. Reasonably cheap too!

This is one of my favourite shop in Springvale for Broken Rice. Good portion apart from the good taste. Also have good spring rolls. Free tea provided. Good atmosphere with plenty of customers most time of the day. Service is reasonable. Most mains are around $10 each. The spring roll is about $8 for one plate of eight ($1 per... More

Love this place! Fresh food, fast no fuss service and great value for money! Spring rolls are a must! Wrap them in lettuce with a sprig of mint and a dip in the chili and OMG delish! Vietnamese pancake is great too! Never had a bad meal here. FYI..don't expect anything fancy as far as decor or attentive service goes..it's... More

Great Pho, Huge Menu, amazing value for money. We stumbled across this gem when I had a craving for Pho but there is so much more to choose from for those that are not Pho addicts. Bring your appetite and remember to bring cash as I don't think they take cards

I come here now after getting fed up with the declining standard of service and food at Thanh Dat, one of the most popular Vietnamese restaurants in Spingvale. Pho Dakao Hoang is more than just Pho, and has an extensive menu including some excellent rice noodles with grilled beef/pork and spring rolls. They also have Banh Xeo (Vietnamese Pancake) which... Good food but get there early as it gets busy and service slows. Good for family and will go back.

Great flavour amongst the increasing number of vietnamese restaurant. Old style service and atmosphere that you expect from a cheap vietnmese restaurant.
