We were a party of 14 and dined together in the upstairs private room for my daughter's 21st birthday. Food was abundant and delicious. Service was warm and attentive. Flavours burst forth for every course - we had a shared first course with a range of dishes (salmon, quinoa, tomatoes loaded with flavour, etc.), a choice on main and a... More

Table of four on a busy Saturday night. Service was good, attentive. For entree, we shared some home sausage and smoked salmon, both with good flavour. Maybe our level of expectation was too high, a T-bone to share appeared to be the signature meat dish on the menu at a well reputed meat restaurant. There was also Two Fillet Mignons... More

The 500g rib eye on the bone is certainly not for the faint hearted! Ordered it medium rare but it came out medium-well. Not to worry, it was delicious with a pepperonata relish on top and mustard condiment. The dish came with green beans, but also ordered the broccoli with anchovy dressing, chilli and capers - delicious. I missed out... More

We've now eaten twice at La Luna - on the first occasion we were looking for somewhere to eat other than our 5 star city hotel and on the second occasion we chose La Luna because our first experience was soooo good. Whether it's the food the service or the combination of both it's worth paying that little bit more... More

My wife and I recently dined here to celebrate our wedding anniversary after wanting to try this restaurant for quite some time. It was a Thursday evening so it was not very busy with about half the tables being utilised and 3 chefs at work in the open kitchen. We started with the Charcuterie Board which had an amazing mix... We went here during an overnight trip to Melbourne last weekend. I'd been often before, but many years ago. The restaurant is small and the tables are reasonable close together but the atmosphere is buzzing and the service and food exceptional. There are two sittings now, one at 6-6.30 and another at 8.30. This will provide some indication of how... More

Adrian's restaurant came highly recommended, and my experience did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional, so much so even tipped the waitress ( I dont usually do this in Australia, but so well deserved !) We opted for the Chefs recommendations at $95 per person, there was just so much food,so very fresh tasty... More

from the moment we walked in the service was exceptional, food & wine was amazing, loved the open kitchen. The 1kg tbone to share was as good as the steaks we had in florence a few months before, if not better because of it being Aussie meat! Creme brulee was to die for! We got to meet Adrian Richardson who... More
