A group of us flew from Adelaide to eat here. The food was brilliant. The service and atmosphere is the best. The Mahalabya was simply superb

I love this cuisine, and I was very impressed. The restaurant itself is lovely and comfortable, with very cool Jerome-inspired murals and a lovely waitstaff. The food is truly excellent. Fresh, flavorful and creative.

We shared the banquet with a group of friends on a Saturday night. Everyone enjoyed the delicious fresh food, friendly efficient service, great atmosphere set with wall paintings and energetic belly-dancer. A perfect mix for a fun night for a group of friends or family. Reasonably priced especially as it is BYO wine. A typical Melbourne dining experience.

We had a large family luncheon to celebrate a wedding anniversary. The owner looked after us very well with superb food and service. The appetizers were excellent--fresh ingredients, well-made tabbouleh, hummus, etc. Beautiful mains followed. We decided to order the "banquet meal" and we were not disappointed. the lamb fillets were superb, the snapper with tahini sauce was perfect, as... More

The seafood and meat banquet here is served with lovely lebanese hospitality Bill, Mona and their son Julienne really understand the hospitality industry. The restaurant takes you on a wonderful journey belly dancer and all, but the best part is the fresh delicious authentic lebanese food which captures your palate. This is the best place to share beautiful mezzo plates... More

Menu for a first timer could be a little daunting but if you know what to expect with middle eastern food then ok. I assumed rice came with my dish rather that read it. Having said that the service was good and the food was good tasting and not expensive. The Lebanese coffee was great - hit the right balance... More

We visited Kanzaman again for the first time in a few years and our experience was the same as it has always been - good food, friendly service and a great atmosphere. I called around lunchtime to get a booking for that evening which was a Saturday and the hostess took my booking and told me she'd look forward to... More

Went there as was recommended by friends, only to be disappointed. Food was very bland, entertainment was good, but that's it.

A family run business that goes out of their way to accommodate all appetites. We had a vegetarian and so they suggested to alter their portions to ensure everyone was happy. We dined on a Saturday night and a belly dancer performed at 9pm which was a bit of fun. We had locals, interstate guests and fine diners in our... More

Always a first stop on our trips to Melbourne, Kanzaman's consistently high food quality and eye popping decor make it a fun place to eat. Nothing much outside usual middle eastern fare but all is carefully prepared and presented. Excellent lamb fillets and fish as well as the standard array of dips and pastries.
