We love to go to this restaurant and always have confidence in the food - quantities and quality are excellent. Who are these fussy folk who give bad reviews - have they never been to Spain? We love the ambience of the space. The service is attentive and the wine list great. The meatballs are so tasty, the prawns delicious... More

Drinks - I can recommend the Spanish bubbly on the wine list, the Licor 43 and Pedro Ximenz as an after dinner drink. For entree we ordered cheese & spinach balls, lamb ribs, chorizo and the zucchini flowers. All tapas were ok, nothing to wow about except for the lamb ribs which were succulent, tasy and outstanding. The cheese &... More

There were 6 of us. We ordered 2 x double serve paellas and a number of tapas. The paellas are good but I wouldn't say great. The tapas are tasty but really pricey for what they are worth. The serves are tiny for the price: four small meat balls, 6 spare ribs, 1/4 of an egg plant ... The atmosphere,... More

Three of us had a lovely night here. Great tapas - loved the eggplant, all dishes were delicious. The service was friendly and helpful. On Sunday night there's live Spanish music, complete with dancing. We really enjoyed ourselves, and were surprised how few people were there.

De Los Santos serve up beautiful tapas: try the caramelised pork belly with apple salsa, or the chickpea tempura zucchini flowers filled with goats cheese with spiced tomato salsa specials.... even the albondigas were beautifully cooked with an unusual, very tasty twist on the regular tomato sauce... Truly the chef is talented. They may not have the cook books or... More

Great food, reasonably priced wine - try the Sangiovese with your tapas. Interesting menu, live "Spanish" style music, invitaaions to dance, varied cleientele from families, friends and couples. Good experience.

Great family run business with lots of ambience. The food was absolutely delicious and obviously made with love. Terrific music and dancing the Sunday night we were there which just added to the whole experience.

This restaurant is fast becoming a Melbourne tradition whenever my partner and I visit Melbourne. Being vegetarian (with a little seafood at times) we found plenty on the menu for us to try. We do have our favourites but we aim to try something new. Can't go past the Sangria! We love the staff, who now know us even though... More

We went here with friends. We got excellent service by our waiter, who explained some of the tapas, and how many we should order! Tapas were yummy, and paella was delicious. I enjoyed the churros at the end of the meal. Really good atmosphere. Will be back.

I just love this restaurant. I have been about 6 times in the past few years and I haven't been to any other Spanish restaurant that I think can compare. I go for the Tapas. Every single dish I've tried I love, and I am particuarly enamoured by their salads. Their Mojito's are to die for. Staff are friendly and... More
