There wren 6 of us for lunch, 3 chose 1/2 Chicken, 1 Beef cheek and 1 Gnocci. All meals were serve together and neatly presented. Our choice of wine was "out of stock" The alternative was very satisfactory and because of this issue we were served with 2 complimentary cheese platters. A very enjoyable lunch.

This place was just around the corner form where we were staying and quickly become our favourite drop in breakfast/brunch/lunch place during a visit to Melbourne. The ambience is Italian, and having just come back from a month in Milan, it felt as though I was right back there. Absolutely wonderful coffee, really good bistro style menu, everything perfectly done.... More

A great dinner evening for a special event - staff were very friendly and helpful when discussing items on the menu and or choosing a wine. Though very busy, meals arrived in good time, allowing us to talk to each other and be heard. The presentation and quality of food was very good, with pricing at the upper end of... More

This was a pre-theater crowded night but still the service was impressive. Food well prepared and creative. Lots of attention to the most minute details like chiffonade in the sauces and salad. The humble baby iceberg salad with white anchovy is excellent. Portions are substantial but an entree and a main is a meal. Prices are high, this is a... More

This is a collection of three restaurants from simple homemade pastas to a brilliant three course pre-theatre foodie restaurant. The local Sangiovese is excellent.

Last minute early booking but sad to not be able stay longer. Very Melbourne fit out, great service and a good quick/ theatre menu or a la carte. Wine by the glass list short but nice. Smiling staff and great food - loved the crab risotto and the braised beef cheeks on cauliflower purée. Slow cooked salmon starter sweet and... More

Made a last minute reservation for a dinner before going to the theatre and was not disappointed. The 2 and 3 course options would suit most. I had gnocchi which was delightful. Staff were very accommodating and service could not be faulted.
