So delicious!! A must in Melbourne

My favourite massaman is here!! Have tried many dishes and all are super tasty with so much flavour. Cocktails are really nice too. It's busy for a reason.

So we stumbled across this in our walks and upon arriving on a sun night it was packed. We had a 30 min wait so went 2 doors down for cocktails and nibbles (meatballs) which was amazing. I'm gluten free so Chin Chin gave me a list of all the food I could eat which was stacks! Simply this food... More

This restaurant is always busy, but for a reason. Food is nice. Not cheap, but you get quality. Mostly Asian cuisine. But very fine. Open kitchen is also am asset. You see how they prepare your food. When you are alone, you have bigger chance to be seated, than as a couple or more.

Recommended to us by several friends. Doesn't take bookings but the wait on a Sunday night was not too long. Extensive menu with lots of appetising choices. Food and service was excellent. Sticky Pork the highlight, but everything was good.

I visited Chin Chin with my niece in January. They have a ridiculous system of putting your name down and then after waiting for 2 hours before they text you with a table, we were there at 5.30pm putting our name down, although we could have eaten immediately, but who wants dinner at 5.30??? It is a ridiculous system but... More

We visited Melbourne for a few days and had such a good meal in Chin Chin that we returned for a second meal before leaving the city. The Asian fusion dishes are absolutely delicious; I have no idea how they can make vegetarian fried rice taste so good! The balance of flavours is impeccable; my mouth is watering just thinking... Its worth the line up. Delicious, full-flavoured Vietnamese inspired food awaits. Great for those who like garlic, ginger and fish sauce.

I didnt know what to expect and came in by chance. It immediately felt like Asia...although none of the staff are actually asian ! But it was busy, crowded, loud and everybody seemed to enjoy ! I went for one of my favorite 'beef massaman curry' and I was pretty amazed by the quality. Menu is offering a great pan-asian... More

Yes you have to wait, yes it might be cramped and full to bursting but OMG the food is amazing. The Beef Rendang was one of the best meals I've eaten in a restaurant, notwithstanding the fact that a neighbouring diner who was kicking herself for not ordering it, asked if she could possibly try a bit of my mine!...
