Don't bother. We arrived and thought it would be a nice place to settle for a couple of nice ales and a bite to eat. We did not expect five star service or food, but thought that we would get something tasty to eat and friendly service. We were wrong. While the beers were good it was all over priced.... More

The beer is good, the food is good but the service can be a little lacking sometimes. However it is always worth a visit and the venue is always busy and the atmosphere is always happy in here, very nice, some people like the beer tasters, I recommend the Christmas Ale when its on offer and the lamb shanks pie..yummy... The beer! Oh the beer! And a nice little snack platter of food was lovely. Try the sample set of their beers-de-jour so you can learn a bit more.

Unfriendly staff, terrible service. Overrated place and the beer prices: complete rip-off! Better off to go to Mornington Peninsula Brewery in Mornington instead. Now THAT is a little gem!

I love a beer so marked this establishment on my map as a spot I'd like to stop and relax with a local drop. A gorgeous drive with the family from Cape Shank up through the winding country roads was spoilt after stopping in here. I didn't mind nearly losing the bottom of my car in the parking lot that... Drove past a sign, 'Beer Lovers This Way', and stopped in for a nice cold beer. My wife and I waited 5-10 mins while the staff seemed disinterested in our presence. Finally, a staff member asked if we had a booking. As we happened upon this place by chance, we did not. We were abruptly informed "we cannot help you... More

Of course we never wish to turn away people who want to dine with us, but if we are fully booked then we have no choice. Sorry we couldn't... More
