This pub has a nice selection of beers on tap (and by the bottle) as well as a menu stocked with good pub fare. Not the cheapest pub but has a good atmosphere.

Right by the theater district this pub was a great stop for a few Prides along with a burger and chips. I was pleased that the London Pride was nice and cold - something not always the case in the UK. I was also quite pleased with the size and quality of my burger. The bun was a bit thick... More

Great pub, nice beers and friendly staff. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, good range of beers. A nice, no hassle drinking establishment.

We did a lunch time theater show and went looking for some good food afterwards. A pub meal was most appealing to the group so we ended up at the E&W. The food was good, service was froiendly and the price was great.

We ate here for a couple of nights. The pub is based on an English hotel and carries a wide variety of lagers, stouts and ales. The food is sensational based around pub grub but a 300gm porterhouse was probably close to the best I have ever had..... Do yourself a favor and eat very well at a reasonable price....

Had a really enjoyable Sunday afternoon at the Elephant and Wheelbarrow. It has the feel of a genuine English pub with carpet and dark painted walls, with English beers on tap. The food was great (yes it is pub food - but it is unmistakably a pub) including an English Ploughmans which was terrific. There was a really pleasant homely... More

Typical Pub, find a table, put your order in at the bar. A good selection of both beers and wines. Meals are served reasonably quickly, are flavourful, maybe a touch over cooked in a couple of the chicken meals, but generally quite good.

Called in for a casual meal and drink. Received basic pub grub with a good variety, good flavours and serving sizes. The staff were efficient and pleasant and the atmosphere very pleasant. Good value for a quick home style meal.

We only went here for a drink after being out to dinner. We are from a regional area and were very surprised by the drink prices. First round was $41 for a glass of wine, a gin and tonic, a pint of cider and a pint of beer. I thought it was expensive, our son paid and he didn't question... More

A group of eight of us dropped in for a drink, and after enjoying a couple of the many beers available on tap decided to stay for a bite to eat. There was a good selection on offer, at reasonable prices. Our meals arrived after a short wait and were very large and delicious. The staff were friendly and service... More
