Had Breakfast and dinner buffet previously in this restaurant, good view overlooking the River, chocolate fountain was amazing, gluten free option available. Dinner was somehow more enjoyable than breakfast, guess that’s why the price was double for dinner! Their online reservation system is not working, we’ve got a confirmation email saying somebody will be in contact with us to confirm... More

A very disappointing dinner. The variety was good but the quality of the meats was not good at all They were overcooked and dry including the Indian foods that are cooked in sauces. The presentation was good but quality was lacking and not good value at $ 89.00 per person. There were nine of us and three had been there previously... More

The breakfast buffet had everything that I could think of to eat, the service was quick, the food fresh. Easily a 5 course breakfast that you can sit and take you time to taste most items.

Celebrated a family birthday here and we were really happy with our choice of restaurant. We were there for dinner on a Saturday for the later session (there are 2 sessions, one at 6.30pm and the other at 8.30pm). The selection of food and dessert was fantastic, the seafood especially was excellent and really worth the price you pay. The... More

I have had many a buffet, and this was the first time to the Melba but the Melba was a very pleasing surprise. In a sentence; Excellent range, flavoursome and a truly calming environment to help you settle in for a long comfortable lunch. The buffet had a diverse range of cultural influences to choose from and offered a taste... More

The dinner buffet at Melba has a wide range of International cuisine, that are all executed perfectly. The highlights for me, were the seafood and Indian station. You must try the naan bread, which is cooked to order, with savoury and sweet options. The m&m option is worth a try, if you're still able to fit it in at the... More

The breakfast and dinner must is the must eat meals! There were hot and cold dishes: salads, seafood, carving meats, Chinese dumplings, home made treats, bread and desserts.
