Great pizza, great service, great atmosphere, all wrapped up in a perfect local package. well done to the new owner!!
My wife & I enjoyed a late meal on Saturday night, no reservations just a walk up start. We went to Epoca last weekend for a meal with friends, after having been there the week before and had a really delicious meal. The menu is not huge but very tasty. The wood fired oven produces lovely pizzas and foccacias. The lamb cutlets, saltimboca and the homely pastas are a good size and very satisfying.
Went for a meal with the kids. Wood fired pizzas were nice I tried the calzone which was very good. Pasta cooked ok, but the nuttela pizza for dessert was a hit with the kids. Atmosphere is average.
A very nice "local" Italian restaurant, with wood fire pizzas made in the traditional Italian way. The dishes have that lovely Italian home cook flavours and style to them and servings are generous in size. Overall a very good place for a casual dinner with friends.
