On the basis of tripadvisor reviews we went looking for this cafe and found it after substantial effort which turned out to be well worth it. Cheerful prompt service despite being filled to capacity and beautiful food - loved the 'breakfast trifle' special! Thoroughly recommended for breakfast but get there early so you can grab a table!

Was looking for a unique place to grab a coffee, however my mother and I stumbled across this little gem while wandering Salamanca Place. We ended up taking a seat and one of the very friendly staff members bought us menus despite us telling her we only wanted coffees. Went ended up having a delicious savoury muffin with zucchini and... More

Through a hall way off Salamanca main street is this great little cafe. They had sold out of the pikelets (mini pancakes), but we had something else delicious. Also, coffee was pretty damn good. I ordered an orange juice and they refused, "not in season" - they only serve food that is local, fresh and in season. Loved it.

We were recently in hobart on a short visit and stopped by this cafe for a small bite and a coffee. The service was prompt and staff friendly. The menu offered some great lunch and breakfast choice and a lot were gluten free, great for us a one is a coeliac. We enjoyed a piece of roasted plum and almond... More

Given this is a small cafe, it wasn't much of a surprise that we had to wait a little while for a table for 5 but given that we were seated around 12.45ish, it was a bit disappointing that a few things had already sold out from their specials menu. I ordered a milkshake (ok) and a chicken and green... More

This place is one of my regular lunchtime retreats from work. It is a beautiful relaxed spot in Salamanca and has indoor and outdoor seating so you can hide from the elements or get out and enjoy the sun! The cafe has a uniqueness about it and demonstrates creativity and attention to detail both in its decor and its menu.... More

This is a little Cafe tucked away in Salamanca Place that serves yummy food and really good coffee. I was there yesterday and just had coffe and delicious apple friands but out on the footpath in Salamanca not inside the arcade and it was just lovely in the sun so a little girl who was with us could move around... very nice food and coffee, great location and relaxing setting but you definitely pay a premium because of it being in the salamanca market area

My partner insisted we write a review for this little cafe as she is so impressed by it. This was our second visit as we thought is was great the first time and so ensured we came back on our next trip to Hobart. This was by far the best coffee we had during the five days in Hobart. Apparently... More
