Great coffee creative food

Homely style cafe serves up great coffee, the milk based supersede the blacks here. Food is creative especially for such a small space! I had the poached fruit crumble and the croque monsoir and both were exceptional! Highly reccomend this cafe, a must try when in Hobart!

This quaint little place in West Hobart does an outstanding lunch. Try the toasted beef piadina. Friendly and helpful service.

This cafe can't cope with a full house. We arrived at 12.30 and waited half an hour for a bowl of soup. When it didn't come we left and went elsewhere. More staff required.

My partner and I stopped for breakfast. I had delicious homemade baked beans on some kind of chunky bread with grated cheese (I neglected to write down the fancy name for this) and he had creamed rice with marinated strawberries and little flecks of basil through it. The basil blew his mind- he still raves about it. I believe a... More

OMG, we just had a fabulous lunch at this little gem. I'm from Perth and stumbled on this place via a recommendation from our hotel. The food was wonderful, very fresh and was served quickly and with a smile. Apparently, most of the fruit and veg comes from Weston farm, which is the owners property. The lady behind the counter mentioned... More

I loved my lunch at pigeon hole. It's got fresh, delicious food, and it's small and quaint, with friendly (although not the most attentive) service. I also love that it does smaller portions than most places so I didn't leave feeling stuffed.

Visited here with kids following LP and Urbanspoon reviews - as long as you want something with a load of bread in it you'll be fine. Nice enough little place but on asked what the cheese raclette was and having it described as "mild" and suitable for a 10 year old, the ensuing stinky sandwich was too strong for the... More

I really like the fact that the owners of this little cafe are trying to do something different with their food. A delicious take on different breakfast fare. Highly recommended!
