This is a great place to go with a large group of friends, you can order a lot of food and still only pay about $20 per head. The atmosphere is loud so conversation needs to match to be heard! The food is consistent and as a vegetarian I can't go past the BBC or the eshand eggplant claypot.

This place was full. clearly it had no acoustics because we had to lean right in and yell to hear each other. I'm not... More

Good food. Horrible service. I've been many times but continue to be treated terribly. I've stopped going

upon first viewing the restaurant you have no idea of what to expect. we had to wait to be seated as the restaurant is extremely busy ( always a sign the food is good) it was well worth the wait flavour and tastes you don't find in your average chinese if you are not in a hurry then I totally... BBC is to die for, reasonably priced too. Every meal I have tried here has been great. Highly recommend

Still pumping out value driven food after 20 plus years. I went there on recommendation the first week it opened. The only significant change was when smoking was banned - thankgoodness.

A foodie friend from Melbourne recommended the Beggar's chicken which is best ordered in advance. The whole chicken is roasted with spices in lotus leaves. It is then de-boned at the table. The two dishes went well with steamed rice and greens.

Love this place. Nothing to look at, tiny with cheap furniture. Who cares the food is to die for. Used to live in Adelaide and ate here often. Now I will fly down just to eat here. Don't expect great service, it's all about the food. Good value for money. Only difference now is that the line ups to get... More
