I think I have eaten here maybe 6 times over the last few years. Local, interstate and overseas guests showing what Adelaide can do. Tonight was no exception. Amazing Lamb tongue, spatchcock and a vanilla creme brûlée to do for. Bottler night, top shelf wine list and service from a tough critic! Xx

...because this place serves up really exciting meat and offal dishes of the highest caliber but the portions are tiny and the service is shockingly slow. We were here for 2.5 hours and had to really push them to keep bringing the food out so we wouldn't miss our concert. After the concert we went down Rundle St to Eros... More

Press* is a buzzy, exciting restaurant which was busy and bustling even on a Thursday night. We had to book upstairs or we would not have got a table! The menu was original and we thought the wine list was a really interesting collection. We were particularly interested to see a good choice of sherries! The service was perfect and... More

Wow. First time to this place on the weekend with friends. Friendly staff, fantastic ambience and beautiful wine were just the beginning! Ordered the pork belly with a side of mash and can honestly say was to die for! Just amazing! My friends meal of lambs brains was raved about equally. The food was out of the kitchen swiftly, and... This is one of those good looking, expensive (by Adelaide standards) restaurants that has a whole section headed 'Offal'. The service was very good, though they serve tea Italian style - in a glass with paper wrapped around it, and no pot of course. This would be perfectly acceptable in Roma - but Adelaide? The bread is crusty and complimentary... More

The emphasis at Press is on offal - it's 'nose to tail' cuisine and they do it very well indeed. My wife and I had a comparatively light lunch of lamb's tongue and their version of black pudding; it was perfectly cooked and very tasty. The downstairs area has high tables and stools whereas the upper restaurant is a little... More

Press* is magnificent. What more could you want out of a restaurant than a place like this? When you first walk in, you will be greeted by wonderful ambient lighting, rows of communal tables and the friendliest of staff. If you haven't made a booking - no stress - just ask to be seated at one of the communal tables... More

Local Adeladians at a conference with interstate and international guests. Enjoyed by all. Highly Recommended. Enjoy degustation or shared plates casual style.

Press Food and Wine is a real find. We sent for lunch and had fun spotting who's who in Adelaide tucking in to the good range of delicacies on offer - everything from hamburgers to haute cuisine in this two level restaurant. Upstairs the residual timber and high ceilings hint at the buildings original use as a printery. Downstairs there... More
