I ordered madras chicken curry and received a buttered chicken instead. The waiter was indifferent and insisted it was madras as ordered but the two dishes look and taste completely different. So, I was left with a meal I did not want. Never again.

Visiting Adelaide this week and staying at the Grand Chancellor on Hindley we found this Restaurant on nearby Leigh Street. We ordered entrees and a number of mains which were all lovely tasty dishes. The staff were attentive, seating comfortable together with goodgeneral ambience.

We had four mains and naan and found the quality to be good but not great. Average selection of wines for a SA restaurant. Bit pricey for the amount you get. We were the only customers on a Tuesday night and I can understand why.

We ate here on a Friday evening and although the rest of the restaurants in the street were really buzzing this one was not even half full - probably should have told us something! We had a shared starter. Chicken tikka (rubbery chicken), samosa (so so), sheik kebab (like rubber also) and a mixed pakora (only tasty thing on the... More

What an unexpected gem this place was. Roaming around our hotel on a cold and wet Friday night looking for somewhere for dinner we lucked out when we decided to try this place. The staff were both friendly and attentive while the atmosphere was a little spartan there was a large table with a family celebrating some sort of event... More

Bland food and slow service Poppadums took forever. Faeces all over the men's toilet meaning I or 2 yr old couldent use it. Absolutely disgusting! When we complained about the blandness of the food we were told we had other options and just argued with us. Absolutely awful restaurant. Waste of money and I do not know how it's still... More

Shared a smorgasbord, with good service, seems popular restaurant as groups kept arriving. Prompt service, you don't have to wait too long.

Good food at a good price and prompt service. Bit disappointed when the cocktail we ordered was served in a West End beer glass. Didn't really detract from the food though.
