Love this eatery at breakfast time - you can really sense the hustle and bustle of the CBD mornings! Food is really delicious here, and their juices could not get any fresher. However, I wish their prices weren't as much!

Always one of our favourite, if you want an early dinner or a very late dinner, it's always good service and fast, So much to choose from and very reasonably price, One dish that we have to have always is Salt and Pepper prawns and Squid, Chicken and snow peas is another one, too many to write about you just... This reasonably priced restaurant provides a welcoming smile from the owner Michael, suggestions on good food choices and great food and tonight was no exception. The specialty f the house that always receives rave reviews is the Honey King Prawns that we order without fail. The Chili beef is also an exceptional dish but diners can choose from a comprehensive... More

Frequently go to East Taste. It's the place to go for a quick, cheap eat, any time of the week (that rhyme was not on purpose - but it's catchy, yes?) Best salt and pepper tofu, BBC and shallot pancakes. My partner and i always eat vegetarian there, because they have plenty to choose from.

This is a great place if you are into speed eating! The food was fine and the prices were reasonable but I felt like it was almost an inconvenience us being there. We kept being asked if we were ready to order even though it was clear we were still looking at the menu. When we did order our entrees... More

The food here is amazing - lots to choose from and very tasty. Their service is extremely fast and you really don't have to wait very long after ordering to receive quality food. This is one of the very few places on Gouger St that is open late even on weekdays. I have been here several times, both with a... More

Myself and four girlfriends went for dinner here before our fringe show on the 16th march. I was pleasantly surprised at how flavorful the food was considering that the menu options were quite well priced. For the 5 of us it was $136 including a bottle of wine and entrees to share. The only thing that I could fault is... More

There is no shortage of competition in Adelaide's Chinatown/Gouger St precinct and perhaps that's why our first visit was so impressive. This is not fine dining but it is very friendly, there is evident passion about what they do and the food was very good, especially the shallot cake and crispy beef. A return visit is definately on the agenda.

Have been here quite a few times over the last few years, I work in hospitality so one of the few that are open after mid night to get takeaway etc. Since they had their 'renovations' and new paint done they have increased their prices, the food quality has gone down and they charge you for stupid things. Asked for... More

The restaurant itself is clean and staff are polite on the surface. However the waiter started to annoy me. We were a group of 5 friends enjoying our drinks and were debating on a final dish. I get we were probably annoying but the waitress started to get visibly annoyed and rolling her eyes at us. It wasn't a good... More
