First class food and an amazing venue

You can get the experience of gourmet food on a ship without risk of sea sickness at the great restaurant. The service is very friendly, the food innovative and tasty, and the views and architecture are just superb.

Flavors that will explode in your mouth The food here is truly an art from that will entice those taste buds & leave you wanting more. The deliciously blended cocktails are nothing short of perfection that seem to go down smoothly in this wonderfully warm haven. Combine that with a beautiful sunset on the deck, amazing scenery, good friends and... More

Came here for a friend's hens dinner, and I've got to say the food was superb and the service even better. We order Ala carte thinking the degustation would leave us hungry and glad we did. Ordered the pork and scallop carpaccio and squid as entrées, duck, beef and salmon mains, and roasted white chocolate and mandarin desserts. Favorites were... More

The tasting menu with matching wines is well worth it. They only do dinner, which is very strange seeing as the setting is ideal for lunch.

We have just returned from a meal at Bommie, and have to say that it was excellent. The staff are very chirpy and maybe too attentive, but all in all a very pleasant experience.

Bommie is the restaurant in the futuristic new Yacht Club building. It offers fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere. The food was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked, and the service was excellent (our waitress quietly offered to find us another table to get us away from a noisy party at the next table - nice touch).

Came to celebrate a bday dinner here and we were shocked with the food! The service was excellent and the views stunning. The staff were attentive but the food was such a let down that the other gpod aspects paled. We ordered the tasting platter and bottle of wine. Wine was great. The food unfortunately had the smallest serves perhaps... More

Great location - just on the edge of the marina and its little shops. Five-star service from effusively enthusiastic staff and unconventional dishes with some entertaining modern trickery (smokes, foams, red wine in a container shaped like a cowboy's water canteen etc). Very very good.

We dined at Bommie on our recent trip to Hamilton Island for a friend's birthday. The positives: It's a beautiful restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere - perfect for those special occasions while you're on Hamilton Island. The food was good. The pork hock was seasoned perfectly and roasted white chocolate which was a perfect way to end the meal. For... More
