Fantastic food at this lovely, tastefully decorated restaurant in Townsville. Great menu with lots of interesting dishes, most of which can be ordered at an entree or main size - good if you can't decide on just one dish! Service was very friendly too. Looking forward to visiting again to try more of the delicious food and to see if... More

My favorite restaurant! Always a joy to visit. Have taken friends and business associates to dine here as expectations are always met and often exceeded!

Our family went to have an afternoon lunch in this place located next to the riverside. The decoration inside is elegant and modern. Since it started to be a bit late for lunch, perhaps the staff was not anymore so carefully attending. Instead of grilled fish, the kids got battered fish. I took octopus but they were so burned that... More

Fabulous menu for this special evening. Each of the five courses was well designed and incredibly tasty and came with well chosen wines. Wish we lived closer!

I have to warn people about this main. The bugs are shredded with some other salad component added and served as two small mounds on the plate. Each mound consisted of about 4 tablespoons. This was supposed to be a main meal costing $36! I am a small person of 52kg and I dont each that much, but this was... More

Pleasant accommodating staff. Excellent cocktail from extensive menu. High quality wines by the glass. Nicely cooked and presented eye fillet. Only wrong note was the disappointing Scallop starter - slices of scallop not whole so inevitably overcooked and drowned in over flavored sauce.

The maître d seemed impatient with us when we didn't want to sit in the corner near the bar where the orders are taken, so we sat outside & got eaten alive by Mosquitos! An hour or longer between courses was a bit long & the food was good but not great! The highlight of the evening was speaking with... More

Oysters with cucumber and ginger looked like a good choice on the menu amd they were. We weren't sure about the falafel but actually it was sublime. From there on the delights kept coming. Octopus elicited involuntary vocal appreciation, the sauted prawms were a revelation. So much better than the opening night menu.

I booked a table for 2 for Valentines day. Our entrees were superb, I had the Morton bay bugs, my husband had the coral trout. My entree was quite small but my husbands entree was huge. Main course was lovely, I had the pork, my husband had the duck, again not huge servings but it is fine dining. Funnily enough,... More

The restaurant has just reopened after being tastefully refurbished. They have a great new menu including breads, seafood, vegetarian and meat. Most come in entrée and main sizes. The food was amazing. The staff are very friendly and the service fantastic. Easily the best restaurant in Townsville.
