I'm a huge breakfast person and this place is the best in Townsville!! Amazing combinations, huge serves. Friendly staff. Very family friendly too. It's up for sale so be quick, seriously won't do better in townsville. I'm from Melbourne so have had a lot to compare it to. I haven't tried the coffee though, coz I take my own espresso... More

Food was quite good but wait on food and mediocre service dampened experience a bit. Bit noisy and squishy inside. Would perhaps be a better dining experience at a quieter time.

Coffee is good and the range of breakfast choices is broad. The stuff you won't get at home or from the formula type coffee shops. Understand that you are sat down and given menus then need to get up and order. I was a bit slow on uptake but service of food was very prompt. Coffee did not come until... More

We went based on reviews and definately were not disappointed. We made a point of getting there early for breakfast, and were glad we did because shortly after people were queuing outside. The food was a little different, great blackboard specials and the overall ambiance was contemporary and comfortable. Service was fast and friendly, the food came quickly and the... More

Great to find a cafe that mixes things up and isn't afraid to do something different from the standard egg dishes (though of course there are still eggs on the menu). The pancakes are probably the best I've ever had, so thick and delicious - last time they had a special with chocolate and raspberry sauce, chocolate ice-cream (no boring... More

Food was delicious but surprisingly expensive. It was understaffed, we had to remind staff about order. Many uncleared tables gave a messy impression and we saw quite a few people come in and leave straight away because they couldn't find a cleared spot.

A random selection based on recommendations of locals. After walking in and being ignored, we retrieved menus from another table and sat down. Across the room came a shout of 'our specials are on the blackboard over the counter'. No other approaches or assistance was available. After browsing through the laminated pages that are clipped together to form a menu,... More

Have had breakfast here several times and the food has been amazing each time. A little on the pricey side and very cramped but well worth it for the quality of the food. Expect to have to wait up to half an hour for a table if you don't arrive early for weekend breakfast- it's very popular but also very... More

Came to this place for a Saturday brunch in Townsville while down for a weekend. It is inconspicuously located in the city and draws comparisons to a Melbourne Cafe, with an interesting internal decor. The first thing you will notice on entering is that the place is packed with people most of which are taking 'instaselfies' of their food -... More
