The staff went out of their way to help, they were on top of serving and the cleanig ntot to mention absolutely lovely. I spent most of the time at the bar with... More

Ate here one evening mid week and we were happy enough. Service reasonably fast and efficient. Drinks served quickly and orders taken in good amount of time. The meals are really quite big so go hungry. I wouldn't recommend a starter if you have a small appetite! The grilled chicken salad - delicious! One of our party ordered the potato... More

Ive been to a few hard rocks around the world, Surfers would have to be the most chilled i think! Everyone was cool, pumping loud music and price was great for the amount of food on your plate! Also wanted to buy some t shirts not long ago, about 18 months later and the retail manager sorted it all out... More

I have been to a few Hard Rock cafes around the world & the food is always fantastic and the service very friendly without being pushy or annoying. Surfers Paradise Hard Rock Cafe was no different. It is also very well priced for the huge meals you get. Thumbs up to the staff at this one, you were great.

The usual experience with food and drinks coupled with music and noise. Massive servings and our friendly server, Angie made it great for us and our kids. The fajitas were fresh and a huge serving whilst the kids meals more than satisfied. The big tip is to upsize the cocktail for the extra $5. You get double the drink and... More
