We had the best time. Service from Jess was great!! The drinks came out a little slow but apart from that everything was amazing!!! Food was to die for I had the Texan which was so tasty others had the legendary burger which looked just like the picture!! The twisted chicken Mac and cheese was great as well as the... More

The service was very slow. We were ignored when we first walked in and once at the table waited 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. When yhe good came out eventually the burgers were cold and bland. Very disappoined hard rock!!!

Have eaten at the Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood and Vegas service was every bit as friendly here, Lance was very entertaining. As to be expected burgers were better in the US of A.....

Great service. Delicious food. And, delightful ambience. I call this formula the SFA; Service, Food, Ambience. All boxes ticked.

We had a great time at the HRC in Surfers Paradise. The staff are good fun and make the experience one to remember. We requested a table on the balcony and this was no problem despite the place being very busy. The food took a while as they were rushed of their feet but when it arrived it was excellent,... More

It's always a bit of a novelty to go the Hard Rock Cafe and not somewhere I would choose if I wasn't on a holiday. The meals are expensive and average sized, but they're delicious and we don't regret going. The memorabilia is interesting and the staff were really friendly. I had a wonderful steak and was left full and... More

We were wanting a good hearty meal while on the GC. So, we decided to take our teenage daughters to Hard Rock. The music was pumping and quiet a good atmosphere, very friendly staff, and very large meals. Very happy with everything and we also get our complimentary Hard Rock glass!!

This is up there with some of the best casual dining on the Gold Coast. The service, food and drinks were all fantastic. My 12yo son thought the Buffalo Wings were the best he's ever eaten (in his vast experience). My Jack Daniels marinated steak was superb. Highly recommended.
