Disappointing

We were looking forward to a nice breakfast before a day of fun. While the view was breathtaking the hot breakfast was really average no real taste, however lots of choice of fruit and cereal. The staff looked like they would rather be somewhere else. Some guy went and told a member of staff... read more

Other than the great view, everything is disappointed, I paid for the buffet breakfast, the food is ok, but share the same space with all the visitors, I was expecting to have a separated area to eat my breakfast and enjoy the view at the same time, but unfortunately it is not

Everything that could go wrong went wrong. Ordered 4 kids meals which included a free drink but was charged for the drinks. Then had to wait for ages to be reimbursed. One of the orders came out incorrectly so one member of our party was eating their breakfast whilst everyone else had finished. Overcooked eggs in the Eggs Benedict. Very... More

What I really love about dining here is the view! It's really nice to have a sip of coffee and seeing amazing views of the ocean and beach. Although what we noticed was that the baristas didn't made the same presentation of iced coffee. We liked the one we ordered and we came back after a week to order the... More

I have eaten here twice, once for afternoon tea, and the second for breakfast. Both times the food served was enjoyable and fresh. Will go back again

Visited here with friends while on vacation and decided to have some food. Ordered 2 platters & fries etc for the kids, waited nearly 20 min and when it arrived most food was cold.. Very disappointed we told the barmen to which he relied he would get us more, we explained that would be a waste of time as didn't... More

What a view! Caught up with my bestie and celebrated her belated birthday sharing gifts & catching up! Relaxed atmosphere, lots to see! Great food, expensive but for the amount you get it's totally worth it! Only $25 to go up top! The elevator is amazing! Great place to chill out and look at all the views around the Gold... More

The view is lovely, you get a great look at the coastline. The buffet however is overpriced and of a low standard. We were a group of 7 staying at the hotel so we decided to try the buffet as it is advertised heavily. The fruit was not fresh, the eggs plain and the pastries not fresh. We had poached... More

Amazing views from the observation deck and alot of interesting information about the Gold Coast on the walls inside. The bar/barstaff however are not so amazing. There appeared to be only 1 person taking food and drink orders and that 1 person happened to be the slowest person alive. A large continuous queue had formed infront of the bar and... More

I like the bar better then the hotel rooms themselves as they are run down and need a refurb. Great location with parking in the building
