I have been to PI once before and thought to give them a second chance since they opened a new shop. Worst mistake. She was so rude, food over priced. When scouping the curry, you can see she was counting the pieces of already very small cut of pieces of meat she was putting on the plate. I asked for... More

Have visited Punjabi restaurant many times and it has always been a delight. Meals are delicious, service is good. My favourite restaurant in Rockhampton.

This was an amazing tastebud experience with fantastic service. The food was made to our heat desire with excellence- great authentic flavours and a wonderful variety. The staff tended to all of our needs politely and promptly- absolutely lovely. 10/10 -a must try for everyone!

The staff were polite abd attentive, though the food was disappointing. Both my wife and I love hot and spicy food, however the quantity of powdered spice was over the top and we could only take a few bites. Our curry was made milder but we were told that's how the 'normal' Srilankan Vindaloo (at a Punjabi restaurant!!) tastes like..... More

I don't get it. If you go out for a meal you do not only want to enjoy food but also have a pleasant experience. This place makes you fell like a beggar, you need to ask for just about evrything. Water on the table was not replaced, one had to go to the bar for further drinks, the waitresses... More

Been here probably 30 times so I know what to expect and can give a fairly balanced view based on numerous visits rather than 1 when the service may have been slow or the chef was having a bad day. I am not an indian food expert and would steer clear of the over the top hot and spicey dishes... More

We were starving and wanted to eat early at 5.30, so this place was a god-send. The waitress was warmly welcoming, and when we tried to order too much food she cautioned us not to - I think that is excellent practice! We chose a prawn madras and a lamb dish, with garlic naan and steamed rice. Both curries were... More

The service was slow compared to most other Indian restaurants and the food was full of " sauce" and lacked any real substance and meat. Had to wait far to long for drinks when we re ordered. Very ordinary and very average
