Food is good here - all sorts of cocktails and nice and cool - if you choose to sit outside there is a fine spray mist to keep you cool too

Good place with a nice atmosphere. Tasty pub-style food - pizzas, parmigianas, etc. Very dark inside at night though - hard to read the menus. Overall, pleasant place to eat if you are after something a bit more casual.

We love going here when at Port Douglas - one of the best places to eat! I don't know why but it is way better then Cairns one - wouldn't go to the Cairns one again...but HIGHY recommend Rattle N Hum in Port.....I get the Avocado Salad, rest of the group normally get the Calamari or Pizza's or Steaks.....servings are... A nice pub for a few drinks, but the food was extremely bland and would not recommend. I wouldn't say it's overly expensive, just poor pub standard food that you could get elsewhere for cheaper!

We choose Rattle and Hum for lunch primarily because it had air-con!! It was a very hot day and we were looking for somewhere to cool off! What we ended up with was a great meal, several cool drinks, with friendly service in a good atmosphere, and by the time we left, we were thoroughly refreshed and set to go... More

Ok for a quick bite to eat, service was quite good and the atmosphere is great. Food was average, had a chicken burger which was ok, their beef burgers are much nicer though. Chicken was overcooked and tough, not something I would have again but would try the beef burger for sure. Ok for a nice cold beer though on... More

On a recent visit to Port Douglas after checking in we needed to get a bite to eat mid afternoon and Rattle n Hum was perfect. They offer a $10 sandwich which was good and just enough to get us through to dinner. Although we only had a quick sandwich the restaurant had a good following at night also. Bruce/USA

We went here 2 nights of the 4 we were in Port Douglas and loved it both times. We had a couple of pizzas each time and thought they were fantastic. We love thin crust and these were perfectly cooked - nice and crisp on the bottom and the toppings were great. Service is fast and friendly and we thought... More

We had dinner here one evening. I wasn't feeling too hungry so I opted for a Ceasar salad with chicken. BAD decision. The salad was dry with very little dressing and the chicken was as if it came straight out of the fridge, cold and brown. We also had 2 pizzas. They base was very thin and the toppings were... More

Very pleasant lunchtime meal. We sat outside to watch the world go by and ordered up the pizzas and a couple of beers. The pizzas were among the best I have ever had, and I have eaten them all over the world. Yummy! Pleasant and hard working staff topped off an enjoyable meal.
