Refreshing juices and delicious breakfast

Friendly staff; convenient location. We love the fresh juices to awaken the senses. The big Irish breakfast is a good deal. Wide selection on the menu

Great place to sit and people watch while you enjoy a delicious club sandwhich or caesar wrap. But I have to mention the magnificent juices which are worth the visit alone. The young girl who served us was very friendly and attentive. Will return when we come back next year and have breakfast.

The last two times I have had breakfast here, there has been something wrong. The food was nowhere near as good as it usually is. So today I asked if there had been any change. And there you go....change of ownership. So it is no longer my favorite place for the best breakfast ever. So sad I need to find... More

Cafe Fresq is easy to spot on the corner of Macrossan and Grant St. We enjoyed 2 great breakfasts here, one morning around 11am was quite busy as the tables were limited by the pouring rain. The service was attentive and friendly, the coffee was delicious and the breakfast were large and very reasonably priced (everything under $20). The menu... More

The coffee was great and the muffin was amazing!! Just what I needed after a stroll around Port Douglas. The staff were extremely friendly, but I was shocked by how some of them were treated. I'm assuming this was the person who wrote the previous review. He was very rude and arrogant, slamming chairs and muttering things about the waitress... More

Last time I ate here I really enjoyed it. This time, shockingly rude waitress called Jodie ignored me for 10 minutes. Then told me I couldn't sit at the table I was at - and insisted on moving me (had to wait for her to get another table prepared). After I moved someone else sat at the table with no... More

We originally intended on going to a different cafe but as it was full, Fresq was our second option. Admittedly, we didn't hold out much hope as the cafe looks a bit tired and not as trendy as some of the other cafes. We were pleasantly surprised! The staff were super friendly, the coffee was good and the food was... More

Honestly, we wanted to try The Little Larder but there were too many people waiting. So, decided to give cafe Fresq a go...lucky us!!! the dark haired waitress was tops, the place was packed with diners and people waiting for juices. The waitress had it all under control, very impressive and friendly. The Vego breakfast had all you could want,... More

Nice chill out spot to have a juice, smoothie or frappe and watch the world walk by. Breezy corner location good for reading the morning paper and while the time away and truly relax into your holiday...
