Fabulous place to relax and view the boats coming and going while you have a bird's eye view. Super atmosphere, easy walk to anywhere in PD, hits all the right spots. We can't wait for our next trip over.

Our second visit to the Yacht Club was just as memorable as our first! The food is great and very reasonably priced. We sat outside back near the water and let the kids roam about. The staff are extremely friendly and you can't not have a good time.

Relaxed and away from crowds. Get anything to eat. Locals place and so the right price. Comfortable seating. Near the yachts. Always go here when visiting.

This is a gorgeous place to kick back with a cold beer, chat with the locals and watch the boats come in. Very good value for money.

Our family of 8 adults dined here on a Friday evening. We chose to be seated on the lawn - insect repellent supplied. It is a lovely outlook over the water and boats. If you are looking for a first class restaurant don't go. If you are looking for a very tasty, well presented, well priced meal in a lovely... More

This was the most enjoyable meal (value and taste) we had in Port Douglas. Most restaurants in PD are pricey and provide pretty average food, but the Yacht Club is great value for money. The meals were all good, kids are welcome and the staff are friendly. if you are not looking for frills, but just a good meal at... More

Another restaurant on the Dickson Inlet- this one you really need a car to get to if you are staying near Macrossan St. It is a club where you sign in and then get a table when one is free- this was OK as there were several outside. Take your insect repellant although they did have some available to use.... More

The motto of the club is, " this club was built for fun " - which sums it up pretty well. However it does do the food an injustice, which is way better than standard club food but pretty much at club prices, including the drinks. Location is a bit out of the way, but still a great location across... More

The atmosphere is very nice, the view is fantastic but the food is just good, not really special. It wouldn’t be my no. one restaurant to go for a dinner.

The atmosphere here is very relaxed and casual. Decide what you want to eat, go to the desk to order and pay and then relax over a drink until the food arrives. It was winter time when we were there so, although this is (covered) open-air dining (an open-sided verandah) next to the sea, there wasn't much to see because... More
