Friendly and casual

Friendly, casual spot slightly off the beaten track but right on the water. A top spot for a few sunset beers and good steaks. The spring rolls and parmas were great too.

Thought I was going to a yacht club not KFC!!! Clearly there definition of 'lightly battered' is different to mine. Two stars because garlic bread was acceptable.

We went for drinks and dinner. The yacht club is right on the inlet so the club appears to get a fair share of yachtie regulars who were - maybe not surprisingly, considering the amount of tourists Port Douglas gets - not too friendly. After the seventh visit to PD I had my first encounter at the PDYT and I'm thinking "why did I wait so long!!" In a great location right on the waters edge this place offers great value for money and the food is very good. I'll definitely be back.

We ate here twice during our stay. Great food and atmosphere. You order and pay at the counter and then your yummy food is delivered. Great Parmas, and Barramundi.

Have been here many times over the years and it is consistently good. Very reasonably priced good fresh food. Love the seafood. Will keep returning whenever I'm next back in Port Douglas.
