Great service from Mal the head waiter and staff. View to die for. Went about a month ago and had best steak in long time. Thought that finally a new chef had been hired. Sad to say gone back to the old days of overcooked fish, burnt batter and obviously not a very proud chef. Hopefully next visit will be... More

The Combined Club, or Tin Shed as the locals call it, has a beautiful location right on the waters edge, with views across the Inlet towards the Daintree rain forests. It might have started out in a tin shed, but today it is in modern and well fitted out premises with the back deck the favoured spot with the views... More

Was a busy Saturday night but of the 4 of us, only one meal enjoyed. Poor, unimaginative and lacklustre. Would be unable to recommend

Exactly as you would expect, club/pub menu. Accordingly, had fish and chips, which was delicious. Nice open air venue. Generally wise to book in school holidays - it was packed.

This was a no frills place but with a lovely open air restaurant right on the water. It was self order meals with plenty of choice and good sizes and reasonable cost. The bar was also self order and good pricing and again lots of choice. Staff were friendly and efficient. It was busy and pretty full both the nights... More

We only ate snacks and visited during Happy Hour so we could see the sunset and watch as all the boats come back into the marina. Service was great. Very busy.

What a superb location for a restaurant. Some might describe it as a pub but the food for us exceeded pub grub.We had the barramundi pan fried & beer battered & they were superb. Succulent & tasty at very reasonable prices. Yes having to queue for drinks & place food orders is pubbish BUT who could not adore the outlook... More

Position, position, position. Cheaper prices than most places. Adequate menu for a club. Prices $20-$30 mains. Food was okay but nothing special. Good place for a beer and cheap meal to watch the boats come in at sunset.

Our first night in Port Douglas & we thought we would eat at our favourite place to watch the sunset and tour boats come in. Bad move, the food is disgusting, don't eat here! Over dry obviously previously frozen dishes, so so disappointing, never again will we et here.
