Really good food, nice wait staff. Good value too. Linen table cloths, an Italian-style menu but was light, delicious, fresh and of a very good standard. This guy is a proper professional chef. I'd recommend here for lunch or dinner.

We ordered the gnocchi and I reckon they come the closest to what my Nonna makes it was so delicate soft and pillow like and the sauce was perfect! We also had the pancetta pizza and the scotch fillet which were amazing. The pizza was thin and crispy and the flavour was sensational. My steak was cooked to perfection and... More

We ate there today for lunch and I was worried as my children can be a little "rowdy" at times. Well, I didn't have to be, kids were given pencils to draw on the table with which they thought was fantastic, and we were served quickly (not feeling rushed) and meals were brought out quickly. I had the seared scallops,... More

Thanks for your Great 5 Star review. Very happy reading. Glad your children enjoyed themselves also & having 2 young boys myself, dining out is always better when the kids are kept busy with a activity. The cauliflower puree is fantastic & something I never tire of tasting either. Cheers. More

Great Italian food, excellent service and a lovely atmosphere alfresco. A little pricey given its Italian food, otherwise we enjoyed the experience.

Thank your for your great review, certainly a pleasure to read that you enjoyed the food & service whilst dining alfresco with us. An interesting point however in regard to being pricey as it's only 'Italian'. I think of Ethnic food being a cheaper option & wouldn't consider Italian to be in that category. I wonder if that's a point... More

Italian is one of my faves, yet we don't indulge too much in this beautiful cuisine. After a week in PD eating the seafood offerings, I was so excited about having some pasta. Neither of us were disappointed with our choices - a seafood pasta dish, and me a Sicilian type dish (but chef allowed me to replace the chicken... More

Despite some very bad comments on this website, and the quite rude replies given by the restaurant, we decided to give it a try for dinner. Not to mention the more than average garlic bread, the 2 mains were clearly not restaurant quality. Reading the menu, the dishes sounded beautiful. We ordered the barramundi and the king garlic prawns. Upon... More

A very disappointing review, despite having a 78% of all our reviews being 4/5 stars you point out that we have many bad reviews, when actual fact this is approximately 10%. If we get something wrong, which may happen we will endeavour to correct this, which is becoming increasingly difficult with so many customers being keyboard stomping trolls/ expert food... More

We had dinner here our first night in Port Douglas and we were not disappointed. Service was quick and polite even though we were the only people there. We both had fish and it was very good. We were on the second level so we had a nice view.

We were passing and the restaurant looked nice - being able to sit outside but under cover. We happened be there for lunch on Valentines day so there was a special menu - 2 courses with a glass of wine/champagne. I had the Duck and salad as entree with Fettucine Carbonara as my main. The duck was so tender and... More
