The green ant is a nice little place right near the cairns mall. Great slightly psycadlic chill atmosphere. The locally brewed beers were quite good and the fajitas were phenomenal. Definitely going back.

The Green Ant Cantina is off the beaten path from the usual tourist places, near the train station. Service was friendly and efficient. The food was good with generous helpings. I had the chicken quesdilla and my daughter had the chicken fajitas. Reasonably priced by Cairns standards. Definitely worth a visit.

Just a few meters away from the Traveler's Oasis, a very good Hostel this is the best place for having dinner if you stay there!

Enjoyed a good meal at a good price as we had vouchers from our hostel. Nice atmosphere. Took a while to get our drinks as they'd started to get busy but food was prompt. Meals on the main menu are quite pricey. Would recommend!
