We had breakfast here this week, not on the menu, but we all had a special order and nothing was too much trouble, the staff went out of their way to please and the food to die for, our omelette the best ever. Thanks for a great experience both service and food. Will return

I used to come here years ago when the food was great and there was little else competition. A friend demanded we go there for breakfast this week and we were quite disappointed. The service seemed friendly enough at the start, the coffee was lukewarm but tasty but the food we chose was pretty average. I ordered the prociutto and... More

Have visited here twice on our visit to Cairns with service excellent and the coffee full flavoured. Our second visit we tried the ricotta and banana pancakes which were light ant full flavoured. Will return

Myself and my wife dined at Perrotta's three times over the past couple of times. Although the location is excellent and very convenient for having a quick coffee, we didn't find the decor nor the service to be very inviting. The chairs were uncomfortable but our biggest issue was the service. No hello on arrival. The waiter brought us some... More

Enjoyed at late lunch with my wife at Perrotta's and was not disappointed to again dine at this fine menu, though not pretentious restaurant. Located in the centre of Cairns next to the Art Galley, its outside dining atmosphere on a street type deck offers a great example of tropical dining outdoors. The service was pleasant and welcoming as was... More

I had breakfast with friends, and it was fantastic! I had the chorizo sausage french toast sandwich - when it first arrived, I thought it probably could have been a bit better constructed and presented better, since it was quite plain looking -- it was delicious! The flavours were fresh and clean, I could taste the meat, and the quality... More

We stay six nights in Cairns and had breakfast there 4 mornings. The staff were fantastic, they spent the time to talk to us and get to know us and the food was excellent.

I'll agree that the service is probably bare minimum for the prices but I did really enjoy my breakfast. Reasonably expensive , $15 to $20 for a standard cooked breakfast. Decent coffee and a nice setting make this place worth at least one visit.
