Great for a cheap and cheerful night out. The décor and lighting is not particularly inviting and may be off putting for first timers, but the food and prices are worth the visit. I’m yet to have a bad experience here and have been many times! It is BYO and we usually share meals, so the bill is usually $20-$25... More

Been in Brisbane for 3 months and this is the best place I have eaten at in that time. The most delicious Chicken Noodle Soup (the broth to die for), Pork Rolls magic. Decor basic, place full, great atmosphere, prices excellent, including wine. Brilliant.

A great relaxed atmosphere and cheap food. Dont exoect anything from the decor..but the foid is good hearty vietnamese and Chinese fare. Crispy duck in Mushroom sauce a specialty is always a favorite....enjoy with friends and a few glasses of BYO wine....

I organised a dinner for 20 people and it was a great night. Excellent value for money and excellent food banquet. We were shown to an up stairs room by ourselves when we arrived - I was worried it lacked atmosphere being empty (it was a Wednesday night), but shortly after the room was packed out and was very lively.... Excellent meal here every time. Decor is average and looks shabby but the food is top quality. It's always bust too which is a great sign. Definitely recommend

The restaurant was quite busy when we dined here and we were rather hungry. My partner and I shared a number of delicious dishes. The service was friendly and attentive and the food did not disappoint. The spring rolls had plenty of pork and the broth with our noodle soup was an awesome flavour. Our crispy duck was a highlight.... More

We stopped at this restaurant after our flight in and decided to get take away for dinner. The service was friendly, we didn't have to wait around long and the food was delicious. We had the chilli & garlic duck, pork in plum sauce and special friend rice. I really recommend the delicious duck to clear your sinuses after a... More

I have lost track of the number of times we have eaten at this restaurant. Tonight we dropped in for a light meal. The salt & pepper Quail were fantastic, juicy and flavoursome. Pho and the BBQ pork noodle soups were delicious as normal. Tonight we were served by a waiter who is passionate about his profession and made the... More

As a business traveler to Brisbane and staying close to the valley I have had many meals at The Vietnamese and can recommend this as the best Vietnamese restaurant in Brisbane. Its not the best Vietnamese restaurant I've been in and in comparison to restaurants in Sydney or San Francisco its not as good BUT when I'm in Brisbane and... More

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Brisbane. I go there for lunch once a week. I get the Vietnamese Rice Vermicelli Salad in either chicken or beef, $10.00. It is the best I have found (I even traveled for over a month in Vietnam). The Pho also looks great. The noodle soups always smells good. It is such value... More
