Delicious

Centrally located in Fortitude Valley near the train station and nightlife, this restaurant is cheap, cheerful and BYO. The decor is as simple and it gets but that does not detract from the food and atmosphere. The salt and pepper squid is to die for.

The Vietnamese Restaurant in Chinatown Fortitude Valley has very good quality food at very reasonable to low prices. Has been an institution for many years here. Highly recommend a visit.

I'm not too sure how Vietnamese this is because it might as well have been Chinese, but the food was good anyway. We went as a group of 8, 4 adults and 4 children. The decor is very simple and fairly old, no table covering etc - this is usually a sign of good Asian and it was. There was... More

This restaurant offers great value for money with an extensive range of food options. Generous portions, friendly staff and lots of smiling diners.

I was surprised to find a BYO & Licensed Vietnamese restaurant in Fortitude Valley offering an extensive lunch menu for $10 per person. I had Rice Vermicelli with BBQ Pork and my partner had Rice Vermicelli with Spring rolls. Together with a Tasmanian Beer it was a very enjoyable lunch. We could not eat it all and asked for a... We were glad to find this open and still serving late on a wet Saturday afternoon. The pho broth was toothsome and extremely well balanced and authentic. Serving size was very generous - the "small" was more than enough. Service was very friendly. The furnishings are old-school and tired but comfortable, which is a nice change from slick and pedestrian.... More

A lovely meal. The dim sims were the best I've ever eaten. We weren't sure on what to order so the waiter recommended a few dishes and we weren't disappointed. Reasonably priced and the food was delivered promptly. Food was fresh and extremely delicious. I would definitely eat here again.

Best Vietnamese I've had in a while. The broth of the pho is very balanced and was excellent. We also tried the sugar cane rolls and salt and pepper quails - both were delicious. Food is priced exceptionally well. Waiter is so happy and accommodated my 9 month old. If you want a fancy place with super clean floors and... More

Cant go wrong; byo, excellent service, authentic cuisine at such reasonable prices. The noodle soups are out of this world. Every time we go there, the restaurant is always busy and for good reason.

First time eating Vietnamese cuisine and loved it. Interior is basic but food is great.highly recommend fun rolls for starters. The waitress was kind enough to demonstrate how to make them and they were delicious! Didn't expect the combination of flavours to work but they did. Crispy noodles and sizzlers are great but one dish will feed two. Highly recommend!
