Our go to STEAK place

You can't go wrong with a steak from the Brekky Creek. My mum and her six siblings have been coming here for so long and now I'll be the same with my children. It always has a good atmosphere. Great for family functions / lunches. Go to the public bar for beer off the wood!

Good food & steaks but food is never hot enough. Service is not the best, more like help yourself. Location is quite noisy as is right near the main road.

excellent experience, sort of place you could return to over and over again to explore. Make sure you go inside and view the flood markers. Food is pretty pricey though. I had the Moreton bay bug and petite eye fillet and it was $50 which I picked because even just steak is $40. Bug was a bit overdone but I... More

Went on a Friday night and the place was extremely busy. Even though the place was packed, the food arrived in good time. Couple of eateries to choose from. Staff were very friendly and service was good.

So much character despite being owned by one the big pub companies. Great steak, always pay the extra $ to get the full eye fillet rather than the petite. Who knew that wooden casks transformed XXXX Bitter from a terrible beer into a fantastic one.... Love this place.

This is the place to go for Brisbane's worst service and ironically worst steak, despite it being a steak house. I was embarrassed that I had chosen to eat here and furthermore forced this experience on an unsuspecting friend. What. A. Joke. Lined up for nearly an hour in a queue to order the meal - on a Thursday night,... More

Everyone raved about Brekky Creek, but it will be the first and last for me. I sat in the air cond restaurant bar area, but that was really uncomfortable and not really an eatery, but was told that was where I should eat to be comfortable from the heat. The self serve not to my liking, but having everything written... More

A must see for admirers of Aussie pub culture. Now a part of the Woolworths chain of hotels, this one manages to retain vestiges of old with expansive beer garden, beer off the wood, dedicated staff And great meals.

If you love a steak, this is the place for you. All the different cuts of steak are on display in a cabinet for you to choose. Some are huge.. The steak I had was lovely and tender and I chose the mushroom sauce, baked potato and salad.
